The waitress leads us to the back of the resturant.

I look around and there isn't much people surprisingly. At least George and Carlos don't have to worry about being mobbed.

I take my seat as so the rest of us do. I smoothen out shirt and look at Lily infront of me. She asks Carlos, to her left, "Did you plan this?"

Carlos raises his hands defensively, "Absolutely not," then he smirks, "Not that I'm complaining."

I narrow my eyes, "Carlos, I'm watching you."

He laughs, "I ain't gonna do anything. I just met her but I would like to see her more," he says giving Lily a wink.

I watch her blush and roll my eyes, Oh yeah, they're perfect alright.

George asks, "So Sam, I'm guessing you're a reporter?"

I nod, "Yeah, I also write and take pictures for magazines and such."

Lily adds, "She's really good at it! She got one of you a practice and it looks really good."

George grins and asks curiously, "How did I look?"

I roll my eyes, smiling, "Alright, I guess."

He starts to say something but the waitress shows up and asks for what we want to drink.

I read her nametag, Sara. She looks around our age and is alright looking. Brown curly hair, green eyes, and tall.

She asks George and I what we want in monotone. We both say water. She glances at Lily and looks her up and down before asking sternly, "You?"

Lily raises a brow suspiciously, "Water."

Sara looks at Carlos and flashes a big smile, "And what would you like dear?"

Carlos glances up from the menu and replies quickly, "Water please." Carlos looks back down and continues looking back at his menu.

Lily and I look at another and give the what-was-that-about look.

A minute Sara leaves, I look at Lily and show her my index and middle finger crossed. It's sign language for the letter 'R' but we use it as 'restroom'.

She nods and gets up as soon as Sara comes. I nod telling her to keep going while I stay steated and she continues walking to the restrooms.

I watch Sara place down George and my drink gently and place down straws. She walks around the table to put down Lily's. She clears her throat and puts Carlos' drink down infront of his menu.

"Excuse me dear. Are you ready to order?"

Carlos looks up and he shakes his head, "No. We will wait for her to come back."

Sara frowns but replaces it quickly with a smile, "Oh it's alright. I can take her order when she comes back."

I clear my throat, "Actually we are going to wait for her because we are good friends."

Sara narrows her eyes at me, "Actually I wasn't asking you."

I hear a chair squeak and I look at George. His puts his large fist on the table, "Actually don't talk to her like that or else I'll make sure you get fired."

Sara glares and walks off mumbling something along the lines of, whatever.

I put my hand on top of George's fist, "George, it's ok."

He looks at me with a frustrated face, "No it's not! She's being a-"

I interrupt, "Please, George. Just drop it. I don't want you to getting mad. I'm not worth fighting over."
