"The end." I close Zora's book and place it on her night stand.

"Again." She tells me, I smile and look over at her. "No, not again. You have to get some rest, Zor."

"But I'm not tired." She pouts, "Can I just hang with your and Jordan for a little while?"

"Me and Jordan have things to talk about things babe." I say, "but I promise this weekend we'll have a girls day alright?"

"Okay." She nods as I stand up. I pull the blanket over her body and kiss her forehead. "Goodnight. I love you."

"Mommy?" Her soft voice questioned.

"Hm?" I move hair from her face.

"Are we ever gonna see daddy again?"

"I..don't know, Zora." I shake my head. "Do you wanna see him? Even after what he did?"

"I miss him.."

"We'll see...okay?" I hate lying to her, I really do but Austin is a dangerous person who cannot be trusted.

I said goodnight to Zora before greeting Jordan in the living room. "She just asked me if she could see Austin.."

"She did what?" Jordan asked, "You said no I hope."

"I said I don't know." I sit down beside her. "I can't believe she asked to see him after everything he's done. I mean she's even seen him hit me, Jordan."

"He's her dad."

"I don't trust him with her." I softly say. "He's dangerous..."

"I know he is, and that picture of you and Justin is gonna get around." She replies, "Do you think we should move again?"

"No, not right now anyway." I shake my head. "I think we should wait..but I do have something I need to tell you."

"Okay?" She furrowed her eyebrows.

"When we were at the club.." I begin. "I..kinda ran into someone."

"You ran into someone?" She asked and I nod, "Justin?"

I shake my head, "No, well yes but there was someone else before that.."

"Who?" She asked, curiously.

"..Lucas."

"You saw Lucas?" She asked, her eyes widening. "Why didn't you tell me sooner? This is Austin's brother we're talking about here. He's gonna tell him he saw you, you do realize that don't you?"

"I know.." I nod, "But they don't know where. Nobody knows where we live."

"Austin will find you." She softly says, "You know he will. He's found us before...you barely got away.."

"If things get to bad we'll move again." I state. "Okay? I just don't wanna move Zora around again. It's too much for her."
