chapter one

violet zilber- cute and popular at school. she likes the party crowd and loves dressing up. she is crazy over boys. she is very tall and skinny but eats a lot. she doesn't think highly of herself.

shawn mendes- tough but soft on the inside. gorgeous body and is super tall. he is very cocky and if he doesn't win or get his way it means war.

shawns pov
"i'm sorry i'm broke shawn"
"then give me the girl or i'll kill your whole family"
"fine. but please, take good care of her?"
"oh don't worry i will"
so basically violets dad owes me about 500,000 dollars from gambling but he's broke as shit so the dickhead agreed to give up his own daughter. so i will now be having a girl in the house and i am very excited maybe she'll be the one.

violets pov
"you have to go with him vi" my dad tells me. "because you owe him fucking money?!" "watch your language towards me! i'm your father" i laughed. "as of now you're not. you agreed to give me away! i'm only 17!" i said with anger. "i'm sorry vi" "get out." i yelled. he walked out. i don't even know who shawn mendes is but apparently he's a huge gang leader, hot as fuck and lives in a huge house so maybe it won't be that bad? i grabbed my suitcase and packed most of my clothes in it. i changed into a pink sweatshirt and black leggings with flip flops. i tied my hair into a loose bun and grabbed my makeup bag. "worst dad ever!" i screamed walking out the door waiting for shawn to arrive. i then got a text..

so i silently waited for him to show up. then i see a jeep pull into the drive way. he opens the door and walks out and damn is he fine wow. he walks towards me with shades on and a leather jacket. "ill take your stuff" he says all gentleman like. "thanks i guess" he opens the door for me and i get into the car. "listen violet, i'm shawn peter raul mendes and i'm the most feared gangleader of the malone gang. you will do what i say and never question me." "mhm" i say pulling out my phone. "give me that!" he says. "let me just tell my friends that i will be at a summer camp so they don't suspect anything" "fine" he mutters.

shawns pov
violet had these really pretty blue eyes and perfectly ombré dyed blonde hair. she was wearing a cute but lazy outfit and her perfume smelled amazing. "how old are you?" she blurts out. "i'm 18 turning 19 in a month. you?" i turn the speaker down. "i'm 17 and young and innocent as you can tell." she says smirking. "that might change when you're with me" "ha you thought" "remember what i said. you do what i tell you to do" "bro i honestly thought you were cool but now you're not vibing." "shut up violet zilber" after 30 minutes in the car we finally arrive in the house.

we pull into the driveway and holy fuck.

"there's other people who live with us but you're not ready to meet them yet so theyre staying in my mountain house for a couple weeks" "um okay gorgeous house" i said with my jaw dropped. "thanks. let's go get you settled!" we walked up the spiral staircase and walked down a long hallway. "this is your room!" he said all excited. "i did it myself it took me a couple days." he smiled. "wow um thanks" i replied. "ill let you settle in but i also gave you your own bathroom and lounge room so you'll be more happy" "thank you so much shawn wow" i hugged him. he hugged me back.

i laid down on the bed and relaxed in my new home. i'd have to get use to this.
