It's been a week now and the thought of my pup being gone for so long has really taken a toll on me. Derek and the others often ask am I alright but I just ignore them. I can't even eat nor rest properly without feeling a sharp pain. I want nothing but Isaac to be here safe and sound. I wish the bastard who took him would just combust and fade away into thin air.

Right now I was shut up in my room. I couldn't stand to look at anyone, I didn't blame them I just couldn't let them see me like this. I was usually the hyperactive and cheery one, but now I was dreadful my eyes were sporting purple bags and my belly has been awfully pale. That worried me enough to force myself to eat, I couldn't let anything happen to my munchkins.

"Baby?" Derek called softly as he knocked on the door. "Stiles baby? I know your up let me in please". He called.

I'd distance myself from him, it hurt but I couldn't allow myself to be around him or anyone other then Davina, Lydia and Kol. They'd been more lenient on seeing me and wouldn't allow me to keep them away.

"Baby please I-I-I can't stand to see you like this". Derek said sadly.

My heart thumped achingly in my chest and I knew I had to let him in I couldn't continue this unnecessary torture on my mate. Sighing I slowly rose from the bed, pausing supernatural, and made my way to the door. Before I opened it I took a deep breath and exhaled pulling the door open. When I did my eyes landed on Derek's. He had the same purple bags under his eyes and he was sickly pale. Immediately I flung my arms around him. I hated that I did this to him, it pulled at my heart.

"I'm sorry baby". I said holding back my tears.

"It's okay baby I know your just sad our pup is gone". He said as he rubbed my back.

"I really need him back here safe and sound I can't think right...he must be so sad or hurt". I cried thinking about my pup possibly somewhere cold and dark hurting.

⊙Isaac's P.O.V⊙

I had to find my way out of here. I could sense that Stiles was in disarray about my absence. It was like a smack in the face how we were all so blind to see that the imminent threat was right before our eyes. Though I couldn't possibly believe we never checked if it was those we skipped over on our list. I wasn't really surprised. Especially since the saying goes you get betrayed by the person you least expect and this well this wasn't something I, or the pack for that matter, did not expect. I swear these past few days have been tiresome. I wasn't allowed much food so I was sure my body would soon turn to skin pinched bones.

"Here's your food!" I heard a husky sounding voice.

I opened my eyes to see a tall man standing before me in the shadows beside the door. He had a odd vibe about him and I wasn't liking it much. He stepped closer to reveal he'd had long curly copper hair, and a small scar along side his left cheek. His green eyes stared at me with something I knew all to well...lust and sadness.

"Uh thanks". I said.

"No problem". He smiled. "And once your done I have some dessert for you". He said with a slight chuckle, then he left.

Maybe I was seeing him in the wrong light. I mean he was feeding me dinner and dessert. I shrugged off the surging thoughts of the bald headed man and tended to my tray of food. It wasn't what it usually was which was stone cold soup and nearly hard breadsticks, a few carrot sticks and overly warm water. This time it was steak, potatoes, and green beans. Hmm I guess he was the nicer one of this dreadful pack, I'd have to thank him.
