I woke up and yawning smiling...i was actually ready for today...and excited to see Derek...again
i got up and pulled out an outfit before gettin in the shower. I got dressed in a nude tank crop top, Jean shorts, and some black pumas.

I straightened my hair and did my makeup before i put on a navy blue dad hat and slipped on a gold watch and grabbed my phone. I walked downstairs into the kitchen with my sister.
"Hey sis" Valencia said smiling
"Hey" i said still acting sad while making my toaster strudle
"I saw you talking to Derek when you left the seniors meeting...you guys good?" she asked
"We're jus friends" i said shrugging
"Oh sor-" she got cut off by my mom
"Hey valencia...Hey trouble child" she said mean mugging me
See my mother still doesn't except me anymore...i'm surprised we are even still living in California...not that i would leave anyway...but she still is snarky with me ever since i came back...my dad is the only one out of them who had forgave and forgotten...but its whatever.
"Hello mother" i said rolling my eyes
"You talking to that druggie boy...i heard he was buying drugs...you do some with him huh...shame" she said shaking her head
"No mom i wasn't...he's not a druggie...he was just stressed" i said looking down
"Stress?Thats funny...he stressed me out when he kept my child away from me" she said crossing her arms

"He didn't do that...i wanted to stay away from you" i said rolling my eyes" He won't be the blame next time" i mumbled shaking my head while biting into my toaster strudle
"Go to school...don't talk to that druggie white boy" she said pointing and shaking her head
"Might not come back!" i yelled walking out
I walked all the way to the bus stop and waited for my bus. The bus came soon and i got on sitting in my usual spot sticking my earbuds in.

As i was listening to music i felt somebody sit next to me so i looked to see it was Derek.
"Why hello there" he said gripping my thigh but looking forward so nobody suspected anything.
