Senior end of year trip

I actually couldn't go back to Derek's last night because my mom found about that somehow so i just stayed up and texted him.
Today is the Senior trip and i'm excited for that...except 1, i won't be able to be with Derek all day 2, I will have to face Mikey 3, Madison willm be asking me questions about the date.
"Ugh" i groaned to myself walking over to my closet
I picked out a cute outfit and got in the shower. I got out the shower and got dressed in a flower lace bralette and a pair of jean shorts.
After i got dressed i threw my curly hair into a messy bun. I grabbed my phone and bag and walked downstairs. my mom and sister were down there so i just grabbed a water and started walking away until my mother called me.
"You're grounded by the way...trying to sneak out to see that druggie boy"she said
"1 hes not a druggie 2...Alright" i said walking hearing my phone beep but i waited to look at it
I closed the door and opened my phone to see a text from derek telling me to go to chipotle so i did. I called an uber and went to the chipotle.
I got out the uber and instantly saw him so i walked over.
"Hey" he said standing and opening his arms
"Heyyy" i said wrapping my arms around him
"I missed you" he said looking down at me
"Babe...its only been a couple hours since we last talked" i said giggling
"I missed that cute little nose and that giggle" he said kissing my nose
"i have a cute nose" i said smiling
"Mhmm" he said smirking
"I'm hungryyy" i said pulling away and holding his hands
"I already got your favorite " he said turning around and sitting down so i did the same
"Than-" i got cut off by another voice
"Hey...Hallz...what ya doing?" Madison asked walking up to us
"Just eating before the trip"i said looking up at her
"With Derek?"she said looking at him
"We're all friends Mads" i said furrowing my brow
"Well i didn't think you would be hanging out with...your ex boyfriend" she said shrugging
"Well we're friends so...why not get some food together" i said feeling derek look at me
"Uh ok" she said " Well this is Hailey" she said stepping to the side letting me notice the girl eyeing derek

"Hi" i said fake smiling
"Hi" she said back still focused on Derek who wasn't paying her any attention
"Well...i'll see you at school" she said awkwardly before walking away leaving that Hailey girl still standing there biting her lip at Derek
"Hailey!" Madison called making her finally turn around and walk away switching her hips but Derek wasn't paying attention or trying to he was focused on me
