"Listen, Derek," My brother, Caleb, spoke pleadingly over the phone, "She's moving to Virginia. She has nowhere to stay, and no job. Could you please let her work with you?" He begged.

"Why can't she just stay with Fraser and work with him?" I asked, referring to my other older brother.

"He said no. Please, Derek." Caleb pleaded into the cellphone.

I sighed and shoved one hand into my pocket, "Listen, I'll let her come in for one day to observe as a Junior Agent. I'll ask JJ or Elle if Emory can stay with one of them." I compromised with him. My niece is moving here and has always wanted to work with old Uncle Derek.

"Great! She's leaving for the flight right now. Pick her up at the airport in about two hours. Love you, little bro." And with that, the call ended with a beep. I sighed heavily and shoved my hands into my pocket, walking around my desk and to Elle's.

"Hey Elle, my niece is coming to town. Her name's Emory, and she's going to spend a day here as an observant but living in Virginia permanently. Can she stay with you until she can afford her own place?" I asked hopefully. I love Emory to death, don't get me wrong. But ever since she was little I've known her to be kind of air headed, and I'd rather her not embarrass herself nor me.

"Of course she can. I'm gonna have a Mini Morgan living in my house!" Elle got up and hooted with a smile on her face, "Does Hotch know?" She asked, pulling out a bunch of files from a cabinet and stacking them all on her desk.

"About to go tell him-" As I turned around I came face to face with Hotch, "Oh hey. Can my niece work as an observant for the day? She's always wanted to work here and-" I was about finish but he cut me off.

"Sure. What's her name?" He asked, his arms crossed over his chest.

"Uh, Emory Lorelei Morgan." I informed him with a small smile, "Elle agreed to let her stay with her."

"How old is she?" He asked me with raised eyebrows. Oh. Telling him that probably made him think she was too young to live by herself.

"She's twenty two sir, she just can't afford an apartment yet." He nodded his head in approval and then began to laugh lightly.

"That's even younger than Reid." He joked, causing Elle and I to erupt in laughter. We always called Reid the baby of the group because he was always the youngest at twenty four. Now that we have Emory possibly coming in she'll be the new baby.

"Did I hear that there's a new baby coming into the group?" Spencer came strutting into the office with his usual satchel and glasses.

"Congrats man, Mini Morgan is coming in as an observant later on today. She's two years younger than you." Elle smirked. Spencer, or Reid as we call him, smiled brightly and pumped a fist into the air with excitement.

"Well, I've gotta go pickup Emory at the airport. We'll be back soon." I said with a small smile, turning and walking out of the BAU office and to the elevator. I punched the elevator button and waited for the doors to open. When they did, a young lady who worked upstairs was waiting in the elevator as well.

"Hello, Derek," She attempted to smile seductively at me which honestly made me sick. I walked into the elevator and punched the ground floor button, awkwardly standing in the corner.

"Hi, uh, Miss." I don't even know the girl's name, how does she know mine? She walked closer to me, but luckily the second floor doors opened and her smile faded as she had to walk out. I smiled proudly as the doors shut and proceeded to go down to the lobby.
