Steven Is Gone, Connie told me and Peridot the story and she lifted her glasses covering her eyes sighing.. I looked down and Peridot spoke "It's because of me.. It's my fault he's gone." I Turned my head replying "what makes you think that..?" She turned her head placing her glasses back "When I was still working for home world I sent a report of humans.. when Steven mentioned the people he knew.. I sent it to the report.. I.."

Peridot sighed.. Connie's face was in shock.. Lapis.. Lapis was furious and sad at the same time.. She had the right to be mad but then again she didn't, but she let the anger take over and she hovered over Peridot "M-Maybe we can try and use my old pod to get to home worl-" Peridot started walking around and before she could finish her word she got slammed by water into the wall of the barn. Peridot felt a little crack.. when She got up and touched her gem she felt 2 cracks, when she turned around and seen Lapis who had an angry face Peridot's eyes widened, "Peridot! Are you okay!?" Connie said rushing over to her aid, Peridot looked up too see Lapis walking towards her.. She was hurt and scared of what was going to happen next. "If Anything happens to Steven. I will Never Forgive You And I Will Shatter You." Lapis said so cold before extending her wings and flying away Going off the earth and Trying quickly to get to home World.. Peridot had little tears forming on her eyes, she didn't mean to. She was working for Yellow Diamond how could she have known this would happen? "Don't be here Connie.. just go" Connie turned her head "why would I leave you?? Your hurt! We need to get the gems! And then get Steven" Connie said getting up and having her hand out Peridot took her hand and got up, "I'll get the Crystal Gems!" Peridot nodded her head in response and Connie was off running but Peridot wasn't going to be there, she wasn't going to be in the barn by the time the Gems came back she would be gone somewhere else crying because if something did happen to Steven she would be shattered from Lapis and she wouldn't have any regrets about it.. While peridot was walking off she heard barks and turned around seeing Veggie.. "No.. you stay here boy" Peridot said pointing her finger back to the barn but veggie kept barking and circling around her before jumping into peri's arms, she sighed and set her down "Stay" she said and veggie sat down panting with little joy Peridot then slowly started walking backwards and turning around facing away from veggie. She heard a little whine from him.. she stopped looking down and sighed before looking back up walking away.. "Come On then.." She Said moving her hand signaling to Come, Veggie barked in joy before standing back up running towards Peridot.. "I'm Kinda glad you're coming with me.. I Won't have to be alone for this journey" Peridot said, Veggie head barked

Peridot's POV
I don't want to be shattered for something I accidentally did in the past. Why does she hate me all of a sudden.. I sighed.. I kept walking further away.. I touched my gem one more time and I Glitched.. I don't want to die but I don't want to be there she's going to end me and who knows what will happen next, it bugged me with a Cracked gem because I would glitch and it made me more scared than ever. What if I just crack into pieces on my own, I glitched again and Veggie whined "I'm okay boy just a little hurt but I'll be fine" he barked again I looked up at the night looking at the stars.. I don't want to end from someone I love but it's the reason why I'm leaving the barn and not leaving tracks
