Blue eyes

He had blue eyes
The were as bright as the sky
They showed no fear
At least that's how it would appear
Behind his fake smile was a sad boy
Underneath her long sleeves were cut wrist
All he wanted was to coexist
After all of the pills
And all of the therapy
All he needed was clarity
Clarity that his dad couldn't touch him anymore
Clarity that his mother would stop being a whore
He needed to keep his dad in jail for taking away his manhood
To keep his mother off the streets from selling her womanhood
He just needed someone to care
But no one was ever there
So he just stopped needing air.
