That night after the Star Festival was over, I went back to my room to think. I didn't know what to do. I couldn't leave Naruto alone again and I didn't want to leave Yuki alone either. I'm all the both of them have. Deciding to sleep on it and think more on it in the morning, I went to bed.
-dream-
"Mama! Can you please do my hair?" I asked.
"Of course." She smiled. Smiling at her in joy, I sat down in front of her. Slowly she began to run her fingers threw my long black hair, searching for nots. When she did she'd untangle then. Once she finished that she began to brush my hair. "Sayuri." She spoke.
"Yes Mama?" I replied.
"Every day I look at you I can tell your ment for greatness. Even from the moment you were born, I knew there was something extraordinary set out for you." She said.
"Mama. I'm sure that's Itachi. Not me." I replied.
"Oh? And why do you say that?" She asked.
"Because I'm a girl. And Itachi is the pride of the clan." I replied.
"Being a girl has nothing to do with it. And Itachi may be the pride of our clan, but you're the treasure of our clan. We'd do anything to keep you safe." She said, turning me around to face her. "Both you and Itachi were born for greatness. Doesn't mean you'll both take the same path. You were both born for something different. So don't ever doubt yourself." She hugged.
"Ok mama." I hugged her back.
-time skip-
"Papa! What do I do?" I questioned, as I looked at the people arguing in front of me.
"Try and make both sides happy." He replied.
"But how do I do that?" I questioned.
"By solving the problem at once. You'll figure it out." He smiled, before walking off.
"Papa!!" I cried out, but he kept walking. Turning back around to the people in front of me, I tried to think of what to do. Right in front of me was two boys fighting on who's going to train with me today. One of them being Obito, and one being a guy I've never seen before. 'What am I gonna do? They both wanna train with me. And it has to be today. Obito and I are friends and I've never met this guy. But I don't want to let them down...' I thought. That's when my fathers words hit me and I finally found the solution. "Guys! Please stop fighting. How about the three of us go training together?"
"Yea... Why not." The guy said.
"If you says so. Then it's fine with me." Obito smiled.
"Good. We'll I'll go home and get my things and I'll meet youse at the training grounds." I said, racing back home. As I was about to turn the corner, I seen father leaning on the wall.
"I knew you'd figure it out." He smiled.
"Thanks dad." I smiled.
"Don't thank me. You just needed a little push in the right direction." He said, ruffling my hair. "Besides. You are my daughter. Your gonna do wondrous things." He said, as he walked off who knows where.
-end of dream-
I laid there, eyes wide open, staring at the roof. Why did I dream about them now? And here of all places? Getting out of bed, I made my way out onto the veranda to think about what I'm gonna do. I couldn't seem to figure it out. It was like I was stuck at a locked door and have lost the key. As I was looking down on the village bellow, there was a knock at my door.
"Come in!" I called. Walking back into my room I seen a certain silver haired man enter. "Kakashi. Is there anything I can do for you?" I asked.
"I came to see if you were alright." He replied, walking towards me.
"I'm fine Kakashi." I smiled, making my way back towards the veranda.
"Now that's not true is it." He said, following me.
"I'm just so confused. I don't know what to do. I want to help them, but I don't want to leave Naruto alone." I sighed.
"You'll figure something out. You always do." Kakashi smiled under his masked.
"What's this? Is the infamous Kakashi Hatake being nice?" I smirked.
"Don't play dumb. This isn't the first time." He said.
"Hehe. I know. Hatake." I giggled. That's when it hit me. The words he said to me. That I'll figure it out. It made me think about my dream last night. 'Join the problems together?' "I think I know what to do!" I jumped, racing out of my room.
"Wait what? Sayuri!" Kakashi chased after me. Walking threw the halls, I went to King Rem's room.
"Sayuri. Have you come to tell me of your answer?" King Rem questioned.
"I have." I replied, stepping forward. "I've been thinking really hard since yesterday. I want to help, but I don't want to leave my family and home behind." I paused.
"And?" He beaconed me to continue.
"I've came with the decision that I'll be Yuki's mother figure and take care of the village till she becomes of age. But for now I wish to stay with my family till the time is right. So I'll bring Yuki to live with me. There she'll meet kids her age and learn how to interact with them. Hopefully, it'll make her a good queen like her mother." I finished.
"I knew you would make the right decision in the end." He smiled.
