Special ability: the Okami clan has a kekkei genkai that allows them to transform into a wolf. Due to their kekkei genkai all clan members have heterochromia eyes. She's also very adept at Fūinjutsu
Background: she was 12 when Uzushio was destroyed and escaped with dozens of scrolls on Fūinjutsu from the Uzumaki clan and Okami clan techniques sealed into a storage seal on her arm. For the next 16 years she convinced passing ninja to help improve her skills, but along the way she also antagonized many S rank ninja. She encountered Akira during one of her team missions with Sayuri while she was running away from a group of rogue mist nin. From there on she's offered to stay at Kohona with Akira vouching for her. Tsuki ends up giving Akira lessons on everything she knows about the clan's techniques and kekkei genkai. Eventually Tsuki also gives he Uzumaki sealing scrolls to Naruto Uzumaki.
