I stumbled into the kitchen. I yawned, I feel horrible. Mom looked over at me from where she is cooking breakfast.

"Good morning, you don't look so well," she said with a frown. "Do you feel sick?" She went to feel my head but I brushed her hand away.

"No, I just had a horrible nightmare last night and wasn't able to go back to sleep," I grumbled and I yawned again.

"What was it about?" She asked, dishing up some bacon.

"I actually don't remember," I said. It feels like it's on the tip of my tongue but I can't remember, for some reason though I have a horrible feeling.

"You still up for going to school?" She asked.

"Yeah I'll be fine, I'll probably just sleep on the buss," I told her.

"Okay," she said with a shrug. I ate some breakfast then walked outside with my bag. I stood, waiting for the buss. Adrian better get up and get dressed soon or else he's going to miss the buss.

I can hear the faint rumbling of the buss. Then Adrian came running out of the door, just getting his shoes on. He came to stand beside me.

"Did you get no sleep or something?" I asked. He has bed head and there are dark bags under his eyes.

"Yeah, but you don't look any better though," he grumbled. I was going to disagree but then I realized it's probably true. I rolled my eyes instead. The bus pulled up to a stop and we got on. I sat in a seat by myself and layed my head against the window. I sighed. Time for some sleep...

I felt arms shake me awake and I opened up my eyes to see its Adrian. The buss has stopped.

"We're at school," he said. I nodded and lifted my head from against the window. I let out a long yawn and streached. I stood up and grabbed my bag. I followed him off the buss and into the school. I walked with him down the halls.

"I heard that Shaw is missing," I heard one girl said. I frowned. I looked over to Adrian to see that he's looking at the ground with a frown. If I feel bad then, Adrian must feel horrible. I placed a hand on his shoulder to comfort him. He looked at me with a weak smile. I smiled back slightly.

We went our separate ways and I walked to my locker. I went to open it but stopped when Ruby walked up to me, surprising she doesn't have her group following her.

"Hey," she said quietly.

"Hey," I said back in a flat tone. She sighed.

"Listen I'm sorry about the way I've been treating you. I shouldn't of judged you for what you didn't even do. I was stupid to believe those rumors," she apologized, she sounds sincere. I blinked in surprise, I was not expecting that. "I know that apologies won't make everything better between us, but I am sorry." I felt a pain in my heart as I realized how much I have missed her.

"It's okay, you apologized and that's all that matters," I said, my voice almost breaking. I can feel my eyes threatening to spill tears.

"I hope we can be friends again," she said hopefully. I nodded quickly and enfold her in a hug.

"Of course we can," I said, hugging her tight. She hugged me back and I pulled away. She looks nervous. "What's up?"

"Well you see, I got a boyfriend," she started to say. I grinned.

"Thats great!" I exclaimed.

"Yeah, well I'm meeting him a Tim Hortons with a friend of his and was wondering if you would come with me?" She asked hopefully and nervously. I thought for a second. I guess it could be interesting.

"Okay, why not," I said with a shug. She smiled and hugged me again. Then I flinched back when the bell rang.

"I have to go to class, but I'll see you after school?" She said. I nodded.

"See you," I said and she ran off. I looked back to my locker, opened it and grabbed the book I need for class. I slammed it shut and started to walk to class. I stopped walking when I saw Leo with his arm around a girl with brown hair, and glasses that's covering her green eyes. She's holding some books and it looks like they are heading to class. I walked up to then and they stopped.

"Hey Asena, long time no see," he greeted with a grin.

"So this is the best friend I have heard so much about," the girl said with a smile. I raised a eyebrow a Leo.

"Best friends eh? I didn't know our relationship exalted so quickly," I teased. He rolled his eyes, hoping to hide the small blush creeping up his face. The girl held out her hand with a grin.

"Selene Lockwood, girlfriend to this one other here," she said and poked him lightly in the ribs. I smiled slightly.

"Good, someone needs to keep him in check," I said.

"Hey! I am still here you know," Leo whined.

"We know," both of us said at the same time and we started to laugh.

"Well I'm glad to see you two getting along," he grumbled.

"Oh fudge! I need to get to class, see you around," I said with a wave and started to run to class.

"See you!" Selene yelled back. I know he has been hurt in the past but I think him dating Selene is going to be good. I just have a sense that she wont hurt him.
