How many times can a fifteen year-old girl say that she got to go to the Academy of Country Music Award's with her superstar Dad? Exactly...that's why I am freaking out over finding the perfect dress to wear. I sighed as I sat up quickly in bed. I grabbed my iphone and started filming a video.

"Ok, so it is now six-thirty in the morning. Exactly one month before the big awards show and I have nothing to wear." I went on and on about how I could never compete with the way my mother dresses each year, and how it would be very embarrasing walking the red carpet in a hot pink cast. I started to panick as I heard my doorknob turn slowly. I quickly locked the screen on my phone and pulled the covers over my head. I heard the quiet whispers of Jackson and Aisy as my door opened.

"See, I told you she wasn't asleep." Aisy whispered quite loudly. "The light on her cell phone is still on."

I groaned and pulled the covers back down.

"What are you two doing in my room?" I asked, feeling like a privacy notice should be nailed to my bedroom door from now on.

Aisy jumped up onto my bed and sighed.

"Since everything has happened to you, we haven't really had a chance to talk." Jackson explained. "And...Aisy woke me up to walk down here with her to apologize."

Ok, now I was confused.

"Apologize, why would you need to apologize?" I asked. I looked over at my ten year old sister, who looked exactly like my mother. Yes, before my accident she had been nothing but trouble. She made a mess out of my Martin that Daddy had bought me, and she always blamed every single thing that happened to her on me. Aisy and I basically hadn't gotten along since the day she chewed on my favorite barbie doll when she was a year-old.

"I am sorry that I have made your life a living hell." Aisy told me. "There I said it, are you happy Jackson?? I actually said the word hell. Anyways, I am sorry I have put you under so much stress."

Jackson snickered, his hands in the pockets of his grey hoodie.

"Hey, that's what little sister's are for." I told her as I tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. "Don't ever think for a second that I hate you, because I don't. You and Jackson are the best things that have ever happened to me. If my mom wouldn't have left me with Daddy, then you two wouldn't be here."

I felt the tears slip down my face, and Aisy crawled over to me. I wrapped my arms around her and then looked over at Jackson. Hot tears were streaming down his red face as well. I patted a spot on the bed for him to come sit, and we all sat there and cried until we started laughing. I knew that my life was starting to turn around, and I knew that I had four people to back me up every single step of the way. My Family :)
