sam ran up to kevin in the hallways, pouting. "i got a b+ in home ec because of you," sam said, narrowing his eyebrows. kevin laughed, "thats good, thats like one score away from an a," kevin argued, looking down at sam since sam was 5'5 and kevin was 5'10. "but i usually get a+'s and a's." sam whined, and kevin laughed again. "calm down, its only one class." kevin whispered into sams ear, and sam shivered. kevin smirked, "im gonna skip the next class because apparently its english and thats boring," kevin whispered, and sam shivered again. kevin placed his hands on sams waist, and kevins face was inches away from sams. "sam? whos your new love?" dodie exclaimed, jumping in front of kevin. "who are you and are you the guy sam has been talking about?" dodie questioned kevin, and kevin smiled at how protective dodie was of sam. sam blushed and hid his face in his hands, embarrassed from dodies interruption. "what has sam been saying about me, hm?" he said jokily, and looked at sam. sam whimpered and blushed even more. "this is coming from benji from what he told me when he was messaging sam, and he said you were apparently 'hot'," dodie said confidently, and sam squeaked. "d-dodie! s-shut up," he mumbled into his hands, and dodie grinned mischievously. "now go back to your gay makeout, but if you hurt sam i will hurt you," dodie said to kevin, pointing at him. kevin chuckled, and sam gestured dodie to shoo, waving his hand at her. dodie walked off, and kevin was back to holding sams waist. sam held his breath, and he felt kevins lips on his. this wasnt like anything sam imagined, it was a mix of lust and actual love, and sam thought it was a little weird how he was kissing someone he didnt know that much. kevin bit sams lip immediately after sam rolled his eyes at the thought, and sam moaned quietly. "jesus f-fuck kev, what if we get caught by a teacher? we'll both get detention." sam mumbled, pushing kevin off him gently. kevin grinned, he took sams hand and pulled him outside to the hawthorn tree.

 sam gulped, the memories of him and alex flooding his thoughts. sam groaned, biting his own lip harshly that it bled, and covered his face with his hands. kevin was confused, "sam? are you okay?" kevins voice sounded genuinely concerned, holding both of sams hand and kissing them. sam let out a choked sob, his legs shaking. "m-me and my e-ex would come here to h-hang out, like k-kiss, and he g-gave me my first hickey, my first kiss, t-things that just.. make me wish i could of been better, so h-he didnt have to cheat on m-me," sam muttered, sobbing inbetween sentences. kevin exhaled, and sat sam down. "samuel matthew halliday, i promise you that i will never break your heart or cheat on you," he whispered sweetly in sams ear, and sam let out a sob and grinned sheepishly. he held onto kevins hand, and kissed kevin deeply. kevin smiled while he was kissing sam because sam seemed like the person to never be affected by such thing. but he was affected by it, and kevin was going to stick by his promise.

holy shit reading over this nearly made me cry sam is so sensitive and this is the mcfucking author announcing this people THE AUTHOR. i wanted it to be a bit fluffy and stuff and yeh im so sorry this took so long i was uninspired for quite a while (: and i put blackbear in to make u cry more no problem
