Ryder POV

I woke up by my alarm. I got up and took a shower, I changed into a black shirt with a black and white flannel shirt on top, I also wore dark jeans and my converse. I left my hair out and I grab my bag and head down stairs. Everyone was downstairs already, eating breakfast.

"Morning guys" I said

"Morning" they all said and I smiled I grabbed an energy drink from the fridge and walk to the breakfast bar, where Hazel and Raymond eating. I took a sip and heard a car honk. it was Kayden-Alpha

"Well, That's Alpha. Bye" I said and they looked at me strangely, I was headed for the door

"Wait!" Ronnie said i stopped and looked at Ronnie "why is he here?" he asked

"He wanted to take me to school, don't worry you can see me by my locker" I said and they nodded. I walked to outside and to his car, I step inside and smiled

"Morning Alpha" I said

"Why are you calling me Alpha?" he said

"Well aren't you the Alpha? it's respectful-"

"No, I'm your mate. So call me Kayden" he said

"I'll think about it" I said and kissed his cheek, he started driving and I realize something. I groaned, if the other wolves sees me and Alpha together what are we going to do? its going to start rumors

"Ryder what's wrong?" he asked

"It's um.......people are going to stare at us......" Crap, why didn't I realize that earlier?

"You don't want people to know we're mates?" He quickly glanced at me

"I do but not at the academy, not now at least" I said

"Your ashamed of us" he said as if he was hurt and I looked at him

"No,no,no" I said quickly and. I touch his upper arm, feeling the tingles coursing through his arm "I just don't want people looking at us, i hate people staring" I said

I took my hand off his arm and place them on my lap, He place his hand on mine, I looked at him and he smiled faintly At me.

"Don't worry if they bother you call me, i'll deal with them" he said We stop at a red light and he took my phone and put his number into it, He took my number.He gave me my phone back and the light turned green, he turned right and pulled up into the academy's parking lot. Everyone was already staring.

"Oh boy" I groan out loud, Alpha got out the car and walk to the other side and opened the door for me, I step out the car. Everyone was staring at me and Kayden-Alpha geez I have to stop calling him Kayden.

"Stop, it doesn't matter what people think" he said I had to look up at him because he 6'6 and I'm 4'11 so i'm like an ant compared to him. He grab my neck and lean down toward me, he kissed me gently and pulled away.

"Now I know everyone is staring at us" I said

"it doesn't matter" he said and shrugged it off

"Yeah you don't go to school with them " I said

"If they bother you call me and i'll deal with them"

"Okay"I said and he smiled, I walked away from him and looked down at the ground trying to hide my face from everyone staring at me, they were already making up rumors and talking about me

'She is such a slut!' 'Alpha Kayden is mine, I'm his real mate' 'ugh, does it matter if they're together? it's not going to last' 'she is such a whore' I rolled my eyes and walked to my locker and I waited for my brothers. Every person who walked by me was staring at me was talking about Kayden and I, my face was buried in my locker.
