Jackson Avery

Today was your first day as an intern at Seattle Grace Mercy West hospital. You didn't really have friends, they all left med-school.

"Hello everybody, I'm your Chief of surgery, dr Hunt. Over there are your residents. Every resident has a group of inters, which he or she will lead and teach this year. Let's get to it." the Chief started.

After 15 minutes all of the inters, including you, got placed in groups and introduced to your resident.

"Welcome to Seattle Grace Mercy West everyone, I'm doctor Avery. I'll be your resident this year."

The whole day you were pretty much alone, with every patient you stood in the back and the other interns were in front of you. Some of them making fun of you.

When you were done, every intern made sure you were the last one to leave. When you finally got out of the lockerroom, wearing your normal clothes, you made your way to the exit.

"Dr Y/L/N, hold up!" a quite familiar voice said. You waited for the person to come next to you.

"So, how was your first day?" dr Avery said with a smile. You decided honesty was the best way to tell him how it was. You told him about how the other inters handled you and other stuff.

"It will get better soon, I'll make sure that they'll stop acting like fools. Anyways, I gotta go. Goodnight dr Y/L/N!"

"Goodnight doctor Avery."

"Call me Jackson." he said with a smile.

"Goodnight Jackson. If you'd call me Y/N it'd be nice, too." you said and you smiled back.

Denny Duquette

Today was the day you were getting a new heart. You had been waiting for this moment for years.

You were laying in bed, wires everywhere and doctors coming in and out. There was another patient in a room next to you, the doctors said he'd get a new heart tomorrow. You were on your own and the doctors said he was on his own, too. So, you decided to take a walk and say 'hi' to that man.

You knocked on his door and stepped inside of the room. He opened his eyes.

"Oh, uhm. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to wake you.." you said, feeling guilty about the fact you that woke him up.

"I wasn't asleep. I'm afraid I'll never wake up. How can I help you? You don't seem like a doctor." He said with a lovely smile.

"I'm not," you said laughing, "I'm staying in the room next door. I'm a heart-patient, I heard you were, too. So I thought: why not say hi..?"

The man looked at you, with the most beautiful smile.

"I heard the same, I'm sorry I didn't come by myself, I'm Denny, Denny Duquette."

"Y/N, Y/N Y/L/N."

Alex Karev

You were at Joe's, celebrating your bestfriend's birthday.

You went to sit by the bar to get a drink and get away from all the people. Next to you sat a man, a good-looking man.

"Hey Joe, a whiskey, please." the man said. You looked at him, by the time he noticed he looked at you and you immediately looked away.

"Do you want a drink?" He asked you. You weren't quite sure if he was happy or not, he seemed pretty annoyed.

"Oh uh, yes sure!"

"What do you want?"

"Scotch, please." You said, you felt kinda awkward, due to the fact that the man sounded annoyed, too.

"Here you go," he said and handed you your drink.

The two of you toasted.

"I'm Alex, I'm sorry if I look annoyed. Just had a really long, crappy, day."

"It's alright, I'm Y/N." You said and he, finally, smiled.

Henry Burton

Your brother thought it was a good idea to take you to a softball game, so here you are. It isn't a regular game, though. It was a game between the surgeons of two hospitals in Seattle. Your brother's girlfriend took part in it. She was in the Seatlle Presbyterian team.

You couldn't stop looking at the pitcher from Seattle Grace Mercy West. He was a good-looking man, you could see that even through the mask he was wearing to protect his face.

"Y/N, why don't you play a round with us?" Your brother's girlfriend asked.

"I'm not that good.." you said, not really sure if you wanted to join.

"We're winning anyway, it doesn't matter!"

It was true, their team was a lot of points ahead of SGMW.

"Alright, alright. I'll come." You said and got on the field. Your brother gave you his cap and you were already wearing a shirt from Seattle Pres.

You stood there, in front of the pitcher from SGMW. The ball came in your direction, HOMERUN!

"Oh. My. God. Y/N! Who told you you're not good?!" Your brother yelled.

After the game almost everyone left, you were waiting for you brother and his girlfriend to come and go home.

Suddenly you feel someone tapping you on your shoulder.

"Hey, Y/N, is it?" The voice said.

"I'm Henry, I was the pitcher from Seattle Grace. You were pretty good out there! And congratulations."

Oh my god. He was even better-looking without that mask.

"Hi, yes it's Y/N. Thank you, you weren't bad yourself, either." You said.

The two of you talked for a while longer, you even told your brother and his girlfriend to go home without you. You didn't mind walking home if it meant you could stay here, talking to Henry.
