Owen Hunt

You stayed over at your mom's place in Seattle tonight. You were on a trip and she asked if you could come by her in Seattle. While making dinner for the two of you, your mom cut her hand open. The bleeding didn't stop and you could see that she was about to faint.

"Mom, in the car, now." your mother is a stubborn woman, but eventually when she realised she was really about to faint, she got in your car.

"Just put pressure on the wound. We'll be at the hospital soon."

When you got to the hospital you went into the ER as soon as possible. A nurse made sure your mom had a bed to stay in and the nurse called a doctor.

A good-looking doctor walked in your direction.

"I'm doctor Hunt, could you tell me what's wro-, shoot! Ma'am, please make space." the doctor said. You turned around and saw that your mom had fainted. The doctor took your mom to a private room, probably the cut and the fainting wasn't the only thing that wasn't right.

Every now and then a doctor or nurse came to you to tell you how your mom was doing. She had to get surgery, because there was something wrong with her aorta or something.

After a very, very long time doctor Hunt came back to you.

"Ma'am, the surgery went well. Your mother is still asleep, but she'll wake up soon. Do you want to see her?" He asked with a smile.

When you got to your mom's room, you and dr Hunt waited outside. You were pretty scared, you didn't show emotions back in the waiting room, but seeing your mom in that bed, with all the wires and stuff, it was pretty scary.

"Is she really going to be OK?" you asked dr Hunt.

"Yes -," he started, wanting to say your name.

"Y/N."

"Yes Y/N, your mom is going to be perfectly fine."

Mark Sloan

You were a surgeon in Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital for a couple of years now, and ever since day one you've had the biggest crush on the head of Plastics, Mark Sloan. Plastics wasn't your specialty, you were specialized in Cardio.

You always wanted to make a move and start a conversation with Mark, but you never dared to do it. You were so scared that he wouldn't even know you and that would make you so bad.

Today was your birthday. Your friends and colleagues from the hospital arranged a small party in the attending-room. When you got in everyone in the room jumped in front of you, saying "Happy Birthday" and singing birthday-songs.

You were still sitting in the attending-room with your best-friend Lola when Mark came in.

"Oohh, who's birthday is it?" He said looking aroung at the other attendings in the room. Lola looked at you and you blushed.

"It's Y/N's birthday, Mark!" Lola said with a smirk.

"Ofcourse, how could I forget?!"

Wait. What does he mean "How could I forget" ? He doesn't even know my name, right?

Mark walked to you and sat down next to you on the couch.

"Happy birthday Y/N, I forgot to bring a present, I'm sorry. Instead, I'd like to take you out sometime, what do you say?"

You felt like your cheeks were as red as blood, you looked at Lola and she had a huge smile on her face and gave you the thumbs up. You looked back to Mark.

"Yes, yes, I'd really like that, Mark."

This birthday was, by far, the best birthday ever!

Derek Shepherd

You moved to Seattle two weeks ago. You were still getting to know the city. Today you had the day off, so you decided to go out for a walk in the woods with you dog, Charlie.

"Charlie! Hey, Charlie come here!" you yelled, not knowing where exactly Charlie was. Not knowing which direction Charlie had run into, you started walking around, looking for him.

"Charlie come on, we're done playing hide and seek!" you said, getting quite annoyed. Charlie was a really sweet dog, but he was still young and didn't really know what the word "limit" meant.

You walked in the woods for what felt like hours. Its started getting dark and you weren't really keen on darkness, especially not when you were outside. Let alone being in fricking woods, looking for your do and not knowing where you are exactly.

"Charlie! Come here, let's go home!" you yelled again. Still no sight of Charlie.

After walking for another half hour, you saw something that looked like a trailer. You decided to find out who lived there, hoping it was a nice person instead of a murderer.

You stood there, in front of the trailer, about to knock, when suddenly you hear something behind you. You turned around immediately.

"Wow, wow, calm down. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you.." the man said. He had a rope and saw it was Charlie next to him.

"Oh my god, you stupid dog, I've looked everywhere for you." you said laughing.

"I guess I should thank you.." you said to the man who was holding Charlie.

"and I guess I should give you back your dog." the two of you started laughing.

"I'm Derek, Derek Shepherd."

"I'm Y/N, nice to meet you." you said while shaking his hand, looking eachother deeply in the eyes.

George O'Malley

George had been your best friend ever since high school. You went to med-school together, you were interns at the same hospital, you became residents at the same hospital, etc.

This morning, George told you he joined the army and that he'd leave this afternoon to serve in Iraq. You couldn't believe him. You were proud, ofcourse, but he was Georgie, 007, how was he planning to survive? You didn't mean that in a bad way, but George wasn't built to serve in the army.

At work, you weren't paying attention to anything, the only thing going through your mind was George leaving.

"Y/N!" dr Webber made sure you came back to the world immediately.

"Yes, I'm sorry dr Webber. What was your question?" dr Webber looked at you like he was getting tired of you.

"What's going on? You haven't been paying attention all day, what's that something that keeps you off of your work.

"It's George, Chief. I just can't believe he's really leaving." you said, your voice breaking. You knew dr Webber wasn't the Chief anymore, but everyone still called him 'Chief'.

At this exact moment, you realised how you felt about George. You really didn't want him to leave. Especially not now, you had to tell him how you felt about him, how you've always felt about him, but you never noticed.

"I see you finally realised something, dr Y/L/N?" dr Webber asked with a smirk.

"Let's stop him. Dr Yang, take this case. I got another, special, case with Dr Y/L/N." Dr Webber said handing the chart over to dr Yang and grabbing your arm.

"We're going to stop O'Malley, Y/N. I can't have you heartbroken at work everyday."

And with that you and dr Webber started looking for George.
