As they sailed off Eerika waited eagerly as Kattegat was in her sights. She felt excitement at the thought of seeing her daughter. It was as if she were meeting her daughter for the first time. Once they had made it into Kattegat Eerika sprung fourth from the boat running forward seeing her daughter and she ran picking up her daughter and throwing her arms around her. Her hands raked through Hillevi's hair as she pressed their foreheads together. "How did Siggy look after you?" Eerika asked and Hillevi paused as her lip quivered as tears began to fall.

"She drowned saving Hvitserk, Ubbe and me." Hillevi cried burying her head into her mother's neck and Eerika held Hillevi close as the new shook her. Her body froze as the woman who had been so kind to her had died saving her child.

"Let us get you inside. You will catch your death." Eerika whispered pulling her inside as she saw two boys run to her as she placed then down. "Do not go outside please." Eerika whispered as she then walked outside and began looking for Rollo. She thought him a kind man but she knew they were still Viking at the end of the day. Eerika paused seeing Rollo fighting Bjorn. Eerika paused in the rain watching as the two men bled in the rain, cold and harsh just like them. She watched as Rollo didn't even bother fighting back as he fell in the mud before pulling himself up with a sorrowful expression. Eerika walked up beside Bjorn looking to Rollo. "What has happened?" Eerika asked standing near Bjorn.

"Siggy's death might have broken him." Bjorn shared with Eerika who nodded.

"She saved my daughter. I feel in debt to her, and in debt to Rollo for he cared for her so much is seemingly has broken him." Eerika whispered and Bjorn nodded rubbing his face.

"Do not feel like you owe him anything Eerika. It is Siggy who saved your child, not Rollo." Bjorn shared with her with a frown and Eerika nodded.

"She also saved your brothers. She was a good woman. I wish I had known her better." Eerika muttered with a frown.

"Yes she was good." Bjorn nodded.

"How is Thorunn?" Eerika inquired as Bjorn and herself began to walk with each other letting the rain take a hold of them.

"She won't see me. I will be there for her when she asks for me but right now she does not want me to look at her." Bjorn muttered hurt by the rejection of the mother of his child.

"She is wounded, she hates herself and hates how her body betrayed her. Give her time Bjorn, she may be the love of your life." Eerika whispered nudging him with a small smile.

"But that does not mean I am the love of her life." Bjorn bitterly commented.

"Only the future will give away if you are or not." Eerika shared with him before breaking off and walking over to her child. The next night she was sitting with her daughter stroking her hair and Hillevi's eyes beamed and she ran off to the direction of Bjorn and Eerika followed after her as Hillevi threw her arms around Hvitserk giggling as they fell to the ground and Bjorn glanced down at the beaming girl who played with his brother.

"And who are you little one?" Bjorn asked with a small smile touching her head softly as the little girl held her hands up to her face shyly turning around.

"Hillevi" She told Bjorn before Hvitserk pushed her and Hillevi turned back to him playing with Hvitserk. Eerika walked up with a tight lipped smile.

"I am sorry for my daughter Queen Aslaug." Eerika apologised placing her hand on her daughters head only for Hillevi to shove her hand off playing with Hvitserk.

"It is quite alright Eerika, I think my sons quite enjoy her company, who knows maybe one day she will be married to one of them." Aslaug suggested with a small laugh and Eerika laughed with her.
