"I'm sorry I'm so late! The traffic was awful." Mr. Katsuki said, stepping into the classroom. An eager little Hiro jumped into his arms and hugged him tightly.

"That's okay Dad!" The little boy turned to face me and bowed as always. "Have a nice night Ms. (L/N) Sensei!" I grinned back at him, bowing in return with rickety movements.

"Have a nice night, I'll see you tomorrow!"

But not for much longer. By the time they shut the door, I was already crumbling into my chair. I let out a rather loud groan and stared at the mountain of folders and files on my desk. They glared back at me, evilly reflecting red, green, and blue in my eyes. It seemed that I might have to spend part of Christmas Eve at work if I didn't figure out the next few activities for next year. Two days until the exciting night was to arrive, and I still hadn't figured out what to get Karamatsu and his brothers.

My mind skimmed through the memories we'd shared together, hoping to find some sort of small hint or clue to what he'd want.New clothes? No, it'd have to be more special. This was our first Christmas of course. I couldn't disappoint him in any way. He'd done too much for me to disappoint him.

I stood up, and leaned against the wall, staring out over the buildings through the glass wall. It'd been a hot minute since I'd been to the park. I could almost see the now steel gray dragons swirling already. Calling out to me. I let out a low hiss, suddenly plopping back into my swivel chair. The grinding noise of protest from the seat almost startled me. Once more my gaze fell to the various, multicolored files. I opened them up and looked over all the worksheets and notes I'd taken over the course of three days.

Black squiggles and lines were all I really saw. Just get it done. It wasn't that hard! Was it? My phone began to ring, the tune filling the all too quiet room. 'Daddy Kara-kun' is calling. Despite my small smile, I was almost disappointed when I answered, and the music halted.

"(Y/N) speaking, how may I help you?"

"Heh, I simply wanted to check on my lovely angel. How was work?"

My grin widened, and I laid my head on the table tiredly.

"Stressful as always. How was your day?"

"It would have been better if you were here with me. I just miss you so much- E-eh? Oh n-no."

"Whats wrong?"

A new voice came through. "Hey (Y/N)-Chan!" Osomatsu.

"Oh hi, Osomatsu. Did Karamatsu have to go do something?"

I heard him chuckle as he replied, "Yeah. Jyushimatsu got his head stuck in a lamp shade again. He's helping him get it off."

"A-again?"

"Yep. This time it was an accident though, so we can't really get angry with him. At least the lamp's still in one piece." I couldn't help but snort at the ridiculousness of it all.

"'Must be a mad house over there."

"Sure is! Oi, here he comes, don't tell him I picked up the phone okay?"

"Huh?" I heard their phone roughly drop someplace, presumably the tabletop. More rustling and clanking was heard before I was greeted by the more familiar voice.

"Sorry about that, my dear! I had to help out my little Jyushimatsu with something."

"Right, Osomatsu just came over and told me."

"He did, did he?" Someone in the background gave a loud, annoyed groan.

"Mhm," I said, chuckling a little. "But yeah, like you were saying, I missed you too."
