A/N This is probably going to be one of my shortest storys. Im going to make part 2 much longer. I don't know how many parts I'm going to put in this book but hope you enjoy it.

Kensi and Deeks were at their usual place going through some files when Hetty came in her voice loud and clear. " Mr. Deeks," Hetty began, " Please come with me, we need to talk." She turned around before Deeks could reply. Deeks stood up and gave Kensi the, "Who knows what this could be about" face. Kensi shrugged and went back to her work.

Kensi went back to doing her files. She had just shrugged at Deeks acting like she didn't care but really she couldn't help but wonder what it was. Was there a problem? No. If there was a problem Hetty would've called the entire team. While she was thinking, Kensi realized that she was shuffling through papers still and stopped. Sam and Callen had left earlier so there was no reason to act like she was still working. Not long after, Deeks came back looking stiff and tense. So there was a problem? He just walked to his seat and sat down, silent. After a few moments of awkward silence Kensi knew she had to break it. "You ready to go?" she asked. She wasn't going to just ask what's the problem straight out. "Sure" that was all he said. They left the building and while they were walking Deeks turned to face Kensi. " I'm sorry, I shouldn't have done that to you. I put you in a weird position the way I acted. Can i make it up to you over some yogurt, all on me. Oh, and trust me, nothing's wrong." Kensi just nodded and with that Deeks started to walk over to the car. As they drove off to the yogurt shop Kensi started to wonder. Something was wrong, Deeks wasn't as good at hiding his feelings than Kensi was.

After Kensi and Deeks ordered their yogurt, they walked to a table for two in the corner of the shop that was the most hid away from everyone else. Deeks grinned at Kensi and she grinned back. She was glad that most, if not all, tension was gone from him. He started to tell a story about one of his cats getting stuck in a pool. Kensi didn't completely listen to him, she just listened to his voice. The more and more he talked, the more and more she forgot about the problem and Deeks return from earlier. But as they left Kensi had almost had the thought completely out of her mind. They arrived at Kensi's apartment, she slid her key into the key hole on the knob, turned it and opened the door. She started to pull her hand away from the door knob but something had grabbed her wrist. She turned to see Deeks grabbed her wrist. He squeezed it and looked into her eyes. " I had fun with you today." he said. Kensi looked into his eyes and murmured. "Me too." He let go of her wrist, did a half smile and dissapeared behind the door. Unexpectantly, she suddenly felt broken in half... Had she always had that feeling when Deeks left?

Deeks was sitting on his couch in his own apartment , he was thinking about today. But not the good part of the day. The good part was when he was beside Kensi knowing she was happy and safe. The bad part was when he was talking to Hetty. Was she really telling the truth? He asked himself.

Please comment and tell me what I can do to make my storys better!
