Eric got into his car and groaned. Hetty assigned him to go undercover at a school named West Palace. His job was to assist at a gym class, he had a well, kinda-friend -The man had befriended him since he knew Eric's mother- there who was a suspect of a murder. He doesn't know that Eric works as a Forensic, or in this case "Undercover agent". He didn't exactly know yet how he was going to get some information from him. But instead of talking to himself all day he headed to West Palace.
When he got there Eric walked straight to the gym. Before he walked in he took a deep breath. Lying was not the best of his ability, and probably never would be. As soon as he walked in he immediately heard a voice. "Heeeeeey! Tony!" His deep voice kinda scared Eric. Might as well go with it, Eric thought. "Heeeeeey..." His voice trailed off as he couldn't remember his name. Eric watched as the man chuckled. His chuckle was even a little bit intimidating. "The name's Steve. Im not suprised you can't remember my name, it's been awhile. So, you still work at a grocery store?" "No, I work for the N," No Eric! "nnnnnnational clothes department. Yep, that's where I work." Wow Eric, great cover-up, he scolded himself. "Ive never heard of that around here." He just shrugged. Well, at least Steve wasn't the smartest person. "Okaay, so when do the first group of kids come?" Eric asked trying to change the subject. "I gotta go get them from the bus, it wont take long." Steve walked out of the gymnasium. Eric sat down for about six, mabey seven minutes when he thought he heard thunder. No. That was not thunder, That. Was. Kids! How many were there, one hundred, one hundered fifty? Or, mabey even two hundered! Eric heard it come, closer, cloooser. And then kids came swamping the gym. How did Steve do this everyday? Alone?! What seemed about a half an hour when all the kids got settled down on the floor. Eric watched as the kids did there exersizes which was doing pathetic dances to music. When they finished there "excersizes" Eric started to worry. What if he couldn't talk to Steve alone. But a voice snapped him out of his thoughts. "Sir, whats you name?" A girl had walked up to him. Umm, okaaay. "Mr. White." Eric said in a wierd voice that he always did when he lied. The girl nodded her head and walked back to her friends. They whispered a few seconds and the other two glanced at him with mischievous eyes. Eric honestly never understood kids these days. He watched as boys sat in a line on one side and the girls sat in a line on the other side. Steve pulled out yelled out group two and both some girls and boys came in rhe middle. He called out another number then music came on. Ouch! Eric realised he was sitting right beside the speakers.
After that group of kids Steve said that the next group will come in fifteen minutes. Eric followed Steve to his office and prepared himself. "So, where were you Friday night?" Steve gave a confused face, not showing any fear or nervousness. "The school had a meeting that night." Eric eyed Steve suspiciously. "Have you heard about what happened that night?" Every inch of Steve's body sagged and depression showed enormously on his face. "Yes" murmured. Eric didnt know to be alert or worried. "What's wrong?" Eric asked cautioned. "The lady that got shot,... was.... my mother." What!? "Mrs. Brack?... is your mom?" Steve nodded. Steve could have still killed her but Eric highly doubted it. This was no act.
When Eric got back to the ops he explained to the guys, Nell and Kensi. They all went "Ooooh,..." because they thought it was for sure Steve. Even though They had, well, kinda figured out the case he thought that it might be best to go ahead and still help out Steve for another day.
When he got there he prepared himself for all the chaos again. Steve kept thanking Eric for helping out, but he wasn't sure if he could get that man to stop. But again the two girls that always eyed him just couldn't stop. He tried to act like he didn't notice though. The girl who had asked what his name was didn't seem to care as much. When they walked by they kept whipering, giggling and it was freaking him out. But when Steve let him choose two girls to help out with the exercises he chose them to. They acted like they were told to go on a space ship and go to space right away! But soon he had to leave and go to his real job. Eric still felt a little nervous thinking about those two girls...
I did this one because my friend and I saw a man helping out at gym at our school who looked EXACTLY like Eric. Yes we got another friend to ask him what his name was. Also my next stories will probably be back to Densi.
Hope you enjoyed!
