Chapter 70- Telling The News

Last Time:

Erika then begins waking up saving them from answering.

Erika opens her eyes and looks at Jake

Erika- Do you remember me?

Now: 

Erika- Do you remember me? 

Jake- How could I forget you 

Erika smiles and kisses him with so much passion and love and he kisses back equally. 

Erika- im so happy your back 

Jake- I was never gone 

Erika- yea you kind of were 

Jake- Well im back 

Erika- and never riding a dirt bike again

Jake- awe why 

Erika- do you know why you are in the hospital 

Jake yea 

Erika- Well that answers the question

Jake- Fair enough 

Everyone just talks and laughs enjoying that Jake remembers all of them and thankful that he does as well. Erika has been glued to his side for the whole time not wanting to lose him again. 

Nick- so guys we are on the news 

Jake- how 

Nick- well we got interviewed while you were in here 

Jake-I want to see it 

Nick- it should be on right now 

Nick changes the channel and the news comes on 

Interviewer- Hello everyone we are here with the members of Team 10 and some that arent in the group also Jake's brother Logan and his friend(ayla) to talk about the tagicness of Jake's accident Hey guys im Annie why dont you introduce yourselves. 

Everyone says who they are:

Annie- so lets start off with how it happened Erika we know your his girlfriend why dont you explain 

Erika- um well it was 2 months ago actually today and Jake and the guys being guys come up with the stupidest ideas imaginable and built a ramp into a dumpster of diapers. Being how Jake is he um rode his dirt bike down it and unfortunately um  m-missed the dumpster cause he was going to fast and he h-hit his h-head on the cement and b-blacked o-ut *starts crying* 

Logan goes over to Erika and picks her up and puts her in his lap 

Logan- Basically he hit his head really hard and has been in the hospital for the past 2 months next question please 

Annie- um yes so how has it been without him 

Logan- as you can see it has been hard for all of us some more than others*looking down at Erika* but we are trying to stay strong all of us 

Annie- Thats good, so Logan what is up with you and Erika 

Logan- uh what do you mean 

Annie- well I mean she is sitting in your lap right now has anything been going on with you two 

Logan- I have no feelings for Erika she is a sister to me and one day will be a sister most likely when Jake proposes. I have just been being her shoulder to cry on for the last couple months because of the Jake situation

Annie- alright so Chessa you guys are having a baby how many months are you 

Tessa- im 8 months
