Prequel Chapter 56- Lost In woods

Last Time: 

Tessa and Chance are looking around the forest for 2 hours now trying to find there way back.

Tessa's POV:

Oh please where is the exit to this thing seriously like why, why do we always get lost in forests like seriously.... I remember when Chance and I got lost when he just came back to Cali... that feels like years ago but it was not.... I then trip over something and scream but then everything goes black......

Chance's POV:

I have been in here for like 2 hours now and I bet no one cares they could probably care less.... I liked being lost in the wood a lot more when I was with Tessa.... I wish she know how sorry I was... I then hear a scream.... OMG I KNOW THAT SCREAM ANYWHERE, its Tessa oh no so I scream  

Chance screams - TESSAAAAAAAAA

Now: 

Chance's POV: 

I start running in the direction of the scream in desperate measures to find Tessa the love of my life.... I am about to step on something when I realize its a body.... oh my god its Tessa... I get on the ground as fast as I can and roll her on her back to check if shes breathing.... well thats a relief shes alive.... yet she looks dead.... but still looks beautiful.... omg Chance focus okay please have your phone.... are you serious why dont you have your phone you always do ugh... now im talking to my self....while my almost ex wife could be dying what do I do.... shes freezing great shes gonna kill me if I do what im about to do but she should forgive me right im technically saving her then again none of this would of happened if I was not an idiot.... AGAIN CHANCE FOCUS. I pick Tessa up and hold her bridal style standing up and carrying her trying to find my way out of this forest. Oh Please be okay Tessa..... and unborn baby.......  

1 hour later; 

I have been walking for what feels like 5 hours and still can not find the way out of here. Meanwhile Tessa is freezing her ass off. Why am I so stupid. I set her down and take my hoodie off and carefully put it on her trying not to wake her up which I am successful at. I then pick her up bridal style again carrying her trying to find the way out of the forest.... I then feel movement and look down to see Tessa waking up and I smile so big seeing Tessa's eyes opening to see me. 

Tessa's POV:

I slowly start to wake up where am I. I then feel someone carrying me with very muscular arms... oh god I know those arms anywhere I open my eyes and see Chance smiling looking down at me.... god his eyes are so cute.... 

Nobody's POV: 

Tessa smiles up at Chance and Chance smiles down at Tessa. 

Chance- you okay 

Tessa- yea what happend 

Chance- im pretty sure you tripped on something and you fell on the ground in a scream and I heard it and then when i found you finally you were blacked out. 

Tessa nods - why am I in your hoodie 

Chance - you were shivering so I put mine on you 

Tessa nods- arent you cold 

Chance- ill be fine I rather you be warm then me I will live the cold doesn't bother me 

Tessa nods smiling - Thank you chance 

Chance- why are you thanking me im the cause of this im the reason you were in the forest anyways its all my fault I know im the biggest dick ever but I never meant to hurt you I never meant for any of this to happen I just I was so scared of losing you my anger came out all hulk mode and I lost my cool and well did things I will regret for the rest of my life. Just know I love you and always will and I know you arent ever gonna forgive me but I want you to know I would love to stay in the kids life those 2 boys and this new boy or girl are my world and life if you like it or not just like you are my world if you like it or not. Tessa I can not say sorry enough but I really am and just know I wake up every day regretting everything I have done to you in the past I really am sorr- 

Chance gets cut of my a pair of lips on his and he smiles kissing back realizing hes kissing the girl he has not kissed in 1 month. He stop walking and continues kissing her being so happy. They soon pull away and Tessa smiles. 

Chance- I love how you shut me up 

Tessa smiles- I do to , also I forgive you  

Chance smiles wide and wrapping his arms tighter around her smiling like a little kid. 

Tessa- But.... 

Chance looks at Tessa scared. 

Tessa- can we take it slow back to the place we once were 

Chance nods - anything for you and trust me I aint ever asking you to have sex again only if you say its okay 

Tessa smiles- you are such a little teddy bear 

Chance smiles- I love you 

Tessa- I-I-I love you to 

Chance smiles pecking her lips and then continuing to walk through the forest. 

Tessa- hey Chance 

Chance- yea *looks down at her* 

Tessa- can you loosen the grip a little im running out of air here 

Chance laughs and loosens his grip 

Chance- sorry 

Tessa- its okay, do you know if we are close 

Chance sighs- I have no idea Tess we are lost 

Tessa- nooooo *sarcastic* 

Chance- oh miss sarcastic stop it 

Tessa laughs cuddling into his chest and Chance smiles kissing her head and then continuing to find his way through the forest. Soon after about 5 hours total they finally see the Atwood house in the distance and Chessa smiles at each other and Chance starts running to the house.
