Chapter 100- Dylan's Birthday

GUYS WE ARE ON CHAPTER 100 HOLY FRICKING FRICK OMG I CAN'T BELIEVE IT.

Nobody's POV

It has been 2 months since Chessa's honeymoon and today marks the day of Dylan's 1 year birthday. Also Jerika got married and went on there honeymoon to Puerto Rico last month. Everyone is doing good and could not be happier. Tessa and Chance wake up and go to the kids room Dylan Jax and Olivia( Erika's old one) and wake him up by yelling Happy Birthday. (BTW: Dylan is now able to talk decently say a couple words and sentences, and he is fully walking) 

Chessa-  HAPPY BIRTHDAY DYLAN 

Dylan wakes up and looks at his parents and smiles. 

Dylan- Tank you mommy and Daddy (Pretend it's in baby language from thing)

Tessa - No problem baby boy 

Tessa then lifts him up and holds him and Chance wraps his arms around Tessa while she leans on him. 

Chance- I cant believe your 1 

Tessa- Feels like yesterday we just had you 

Dylan smiles- Me neither 

Tessa- Well buddy you ready to have the best birthday ever 

Dylan smiles- YESSSSSS 

Tessa and Chance then get Dylan ready for the day and then give him to Jerika to let him play with the twins while they get ready. Everyone in Team 10 is in the house right now just overall happy and saying happy birthday to Dylan. 

Jake- Dylan you are going to be such a chick magnet

Dylan giggles- Tanks Uncle Jake        ( I dont really know how to write in baby so pretend its in baby form) 

Jake- No problem buddy 

Chance and Tessa then come down the stairs holding hands. 

Jake- look buddy its mommy and daddy 

Dylan looks at the stairs and sees his parents and runs up to them and Chance picks him up.

Chance- Jeez your getting big 

Dylan smiles

Tessa- So Dylan how bout we go out and then we can come home and celebrate 

Dylan- Sure 

Tessa- Alright see ya guys later

Everyone says bye to them and once Chessa and Dylan are in the car... 

Jake- alright everyone we have to set this party up fast. Erika, Alissa make sure the decorations are right Martinez help the girls with decorations and putting them up. Chad Anthony Kade and Nathan call everyone make sure there coming and Me Tristan Alex, Nick, and Ray will go get food. Megan and Lauren(Erika's Cousin) Make sure the presents are all on the table and everything is in the right place... NOW LET'S GO HURRY .

Everyone nods and starts there jobs. 

With the Sutton's:

Chance and Tessa took Dylan to Mini Golf. They are almost done and are pretty sure Tessa is winning so while Tessa is about to putt. Chance indicates to Dylan hes going to prank her and Dylan smiles at his dad nodding. Tessa is in position to hit the ball and is hitting it when Chance pokes her butt with the golf stick and Tessa screams and hits the ball off the course and  falls to the ground and then looks at chance.

Tessa - oh sutton you made a mistake

Chance smirks - did I really

Tessa- yea yes you did
