Everyone is looking at Chance and Vanessa is smirking at him.

 Now: 

Chance- Guys did this really happen 

Jake- yes but Chance- 

Chance- YOU ARE FUCKING SERIOUS SHE JUST WANTS THE KIDS TO HAVE A DAD SHE DOES NOT LOVE ME 

Nathan- Chance wait- 

Tessa then starts to wake up. 

Chance- I CANT BELIEVE THIS 

Jake- Chance stop Tessa is going to wake up- 

Tessa- Chance why are you yelling 

Chance- TESSA WHY ARE YOU WITH ME IF YOU DONT LOVE ME 

Tessa- Chance what are you talking about the kids are going to wake up please stop yelling 

Chance- COMPLETELY IGNORE MY QUESTION ALRIGHT ITS OBVIOUS ALL YOU CARE ABOUT IS THE KIDS 

Tessa- Chance please stop what are you talking about please calm down guys whats going on 

Jake- Vanessa recorded are conversation a couple weeks ago about if you loved Chance and then how you wanted the kids to just have a dad 

Tessa sighs looking at Chance- Chance yea that video looks really bad but I promise you- 

Chance- promise me what that you love me yea right find someone else to be the kids dad im done 

Chance gets up causing Tessa to have to sit up her self to stop from falling over and Chance goes into the bathroom to escape from them. Tessa looks down about to cry. 

Jake- Tess 

Tessa- I CAN NOT BELIEVE YOU VANESSA WHY DID YOU DO THAT WHY THAT VIDEO LOOKS SO BAD 

Vanessa- because he was annoying me and I was bored and well why not 

Tessa sighs 

Nathan- Tess dont worry hes just a little mad he thinks you only are with him because you want the kids to have a dad 

Tessa sighs- he hates me 

Jake- He loves you thats why hes doing this because it hurt him to see that 

Tessa sighs- I love him to though why cant he see that *starts crying* 

Nathan- Hes just confused he will forgive you dont worry 

Tessa sighs. A couple minutes later Chance comes back out. 

Chance- Nathan can you sit next to Miss Brooks here 

Tessa looks at him in disbelief. 

Nathan- uh Chance I um well *sighs* sure 

Nathan stands up and sits next to Tessa and she sighs. 

Chance- why is everyone looking so shocked I called her, her name whats wrong with that 

Jake- oh I dont know... her name is Tessa Sutton you know Sutton your last name 

Chance- Yea I know MY last name is Sutton but hers is not well not anymore 

Tessa looks at him crazily 

Tessa- what are you talking about 

Chance throws her the divorce papers and she looks at them and sees her signature and his. 

Chance- the papers you wanted signed so bad are finally signed your welcome all we need now is for them to go through and we never have to worry about us being married again 

Tessa starts balling her eyes out looking down at the papers and everyone looks at Tessa sad. 

Chance- when is the soonest they can be signed Kevin 

Kevin- um well since we are out of the country we cant get it legal until we get back to the U.S in  4 months 

Chance sighs- fine whatever better than nothing 

Tessa looks at him. 

Chance- why are you looking at me like that you dont love me so it does not matter 

Tessa - Chance yes- 

Jace- why was there yelling 

Cora- yea you guys are not quiet 

Dylan- were trying to sleep here 

Brittney- sorry guys you know us always being loud just go back to bed 

Jace- mommy why are you crying 

Dylan- yea mommy 

Jace and Dylan run to her getting on her lap. 

Tessa- I just saw a really sad thing 

Dylan- oh Daddy why are you not comforting mommy 

Chance- why should I- 

Tessa- he just does not want to get sad about it and either do you to so why dont you all go back to sleep 

They nod. 

Jace and Dylan- night mommy love you 

Tessa- love you guys  to so much 

Chance - so much she will pretend to love me 

Jace- huh 

Tessa- oh nothing daddy is just really tired and is LOSING HIS MIND 

Dylan- alright whatever 

Jace and Dylan- love you daddy night 

Chance- night guys

Dylan and Jace sigh going back to sleep sad. 

Chance- why do they look so sad 

Tessa- oh I dont know maybe because there dad did not say I love you to them but then again what do I know I only raised them for 3 years by myself. 

Chance looks at her not knowing what to say. 

Chance- why should I say I love you I mean if you dont mean it then whats the point of saying it 

Tessa's jaw drops and everyone else as well 

Tessa- CHANCE, fine be mad at me but dont take it out on the kids I know you love them just like I love you Chance I do- 

Chance- thats not what I heard in that video 

Tessa- forget the video chance 

Chance- im tired just stop it  

Tessa sighs and Chance falls asleep leaving a crying Tessa wide awake. 

Jake- Tess 

Tessa- he said why should I say I love you I mean if you dont mean it then whats the point of saying it he does not love the kids or me I lost him 

Jake- Tess hes just mad of course he loves the kids 

Nathan- and he loves you more than ever Tessa 

Tessa- I dont see it in his eyes any more 

Everyone sighs and everyone eventually falls asleep besides Tessa who was not able to sleep that night or for the next 2 weeks straight she barely has gotten any sleep.
