Fuckers decided to put on the movie that was #1 in horror. Before the movie started, Jonah, Logan, and I went to get pillows and blankets and stuff. They also had the love sacs Logan has on his balcony that are hella comfy.
Me being the scared person I am took longer getting things (I didn't really grab anything.) When everyone was downstairs, I decided to hide in someone's room. Little did I know that there was a connected door into the room from the bathroom to the hallway.
I hear people asking about me and I lock the door. Before I knew it, Jonah comes running at me and carries me bridal style down the stairs and throws me on the couch.
Gina tried running away as well but Logan went and grabbed her. Jack grabbed Gina from Logan and sat her down on one of the love sacs. I'm sat in between Jonah and Daniel on a couch and Gina and I both frown.
They start the movie and I'm already here covering 3/4 of the tv with Daniel's hoodie (which might I add smells like colon which is amazing.) I see Gina doing the same thing and I chuckle.
A while into the movie, I accidentally dropped a piece of paper. I go to grab it, having a full view of the screen and just my luck, a jump scare happens and literally jump 6 feet into the air screaming.
I fall onto the floor and cover my eyes. "Is it over?" I ask. "Well the movie still has an hour and a half left but the jump scene is over." Logan replies.
"Fuck" I mutter. I'm still sat on the floor covering my eyes with the sleeves of the hoodie. I feel someone pick me up and place me back onto the couch. I lean into the person and they chuckle.
I realize it's Jonah and it's also very comfy. You know how people say tall people give the best hugs? Well Jonah here is like 6' 2" or whatever and that statement is so true.
I'm currently in a fetal position in Jonah's arms and it's hella comfy. I see Gina with her eyes closed and Jack's arm wrapped around her waist, Jack also asleep. I hear a scream from the tv and I flinch.
"Hey. It's okay the movie's almost over." I hear Daniel say. I nod but still have my head facing down. I check the time on the clock and see it's almost 2 am. I see Logan and Zach asleep on the other couch and Jonah's eyes fluttering shut.
Jonah moves around and I slip out of his arm to help him be more comfortable. The couch Daniel, Jonah, and I are on is shaped like an L so Jonah has one part of the it and it's just Daniel and I left.
I scoot over to Daniel for Jonah to have more room since he's a pretty big guy. I hear another scream from the movie but quieter because someone turned down the volume.
It still made me scared so I flinched and whipped my head away from the screen. Daniel goes and turns off everything and comes back on the couch. "Goodnight Nancy" I hear Daniel whisper.
I whisper the same back and tried to fall asleep. Since we just watched a scary movie, I keep having a picture in my head of a scary scene and it makes me jolt. I kept moving around trying to find a comfortable spot but I couldn't.
"Are you okay?" Daniel mumbled in a tired voice. "Yea I'm fine. Did I wake you up? I'm sorry" I whisper. I feel Daniel's presence next to me and I let out a sigh of relief. "Couches aren't comfortable when there's 2 people on such a small part am I right?" Daniel asks.
I nod but I'm not sure if he could see me so I whisper a yea. I feel Daniel get up, drag something across the floor, and come back over to me. I feel myself get lifted up and placed on a love sac like the one Jack and Gina are on.
I tried closing my eyes and just as Daniel was about to walk back to the couch, I jolt up from an image in my head. I guess it was somewhat loud because Daniel starts walking back over to me.
"Are you okay? Do you want me to stay with you?" I felt bad for having him always come back and take care of me. "I'm sorry about this. I don't do well with really scary movies. I can take most but this one was too much" I mumble.
I hear Daniel chuckle. "It's no problem at all Nancy. Are you gonna be okay?" He asked. I shrugged my shoulders, not really sure. "Scoot over a little" I did what he said and I felt the sac dip on the side of me.
I hid my face in the sleeves of the hoodie trying to fall asleep. I feel Daniel's hands grab my arms and pull them away from my face. He gave me a look that was asking me why. "I'm honestly not sure. I don't feel safe? I don't really know and it makes me feel worse because I'm bothering you when you're trying to sleep and I ju-" he cuts me off.
"Nancy I told you. This is no problem at all. You aren't bothering me. If you need anything I'm here and that's what I'm doing right now. That movie was scary and fucked up and I understand why you would feel like that." Daniels whispers.
I smile and hug him. When I unwrap my arms, his were still around me and for some reason, it made me feel so much better. My eyes fluttered shut and I was finally able to fall asleep hearing the quiet, soft snores coming from Daniel.
