•Kathryn's POV•
Colby, Sam, Savannah, and I are all packing to go to Sam and Colby's home town, Kansas, for Christmas. They both want us to meet their families.
I still need to introduce Colby to mine. I'll do that later.

Anyway, I'm almost finished. Colby, he's at his house so, I don't know if he's finished. I'll text him. For some reason he takes longer then me when it comes to packing. He doesn't have as much bags as me, but he asks me so much; Should I take this? How does this look? And much, much more.

I texted him:
(To) Colby:
(From Kathryn)
You almost finished packing? I'm almost done. Also, when are we leaving in the morning?

(From) Colby:
(To Kathryn)

It's already 9:56 and we leave in six hours. I'm probably going to stay up all night, so I can sleep most of the time to get there.

Colby and I are a few rows in front of Sam and Savannah on the plane. We have a four hour flight booked for tonight at 3 a.m. so we have to get up and get ready around 1 a.m.

After I called Colby, I headed over to his house. While I was driving, this strange feeling flowed throughout my body. It told me someone was following me.
I looked at my rear-view mirror, there was a car behind me. It was late, I couldn't tell who's car it was:

Maybe they aren't following me. Maybe they're going to turn at this next turn. But, no, it went everywhere I did.

I pulled out my phone and called Colby:

"Hey." He answered.
"Colby. Colby. Someone's following me." I started to freak out because when I sped up, that car did.

"Wait what?" He got worried.
I was about to have a panic attack, "I'm shaking Colby."
"How far are you from my house?" He asked, still in shocked.
I looked at my mirror, "All I have to do is turn left. Please Colby, go outside and get ready for me to come to the gate."
"I will. I'm already outside." He replied.

"I'm turning."
"I see you. I'm opening the gate," he paused.

"What is it?" I said speeding up.
He waved me to hurry, "It's Jake's truck. Hurry."
"Colby. Oh my god." I started speeding and I pulled into Colby's driveway. He immediately shut the gate, and Jake's truck stopped.

I got out of my car and ran into Colby's arms.

"You got away this time Kathryn!" Jake yelled and Chance and Anthony started blowing the car horn as they drove away.

Colby flipped him off and pulled me into a hug again, "He's not going to hurt you. He can't get you in Kansas."
"Why can't he just move on?" I teared up.

Colby comforted me by rubbing the back of my head, "He'll have to. If he doesn't, I'll make him."
