The Three Kings And The Prince

And finally the Out Lands an outcast from the rest of the world, a place where monsters are banished to, left to die. But still the Out Lands had rulers, it probably had a better government than the rest of the world. Nobody truly knew who their ruler was, all they knew was at the time it was male, the rulers of the Out Lands were elected instead of born into it. The prince will bring peace between all three lands, but he is no where to be seen as the three lands wage wars against each other...
