Chapter 20:

Readers POV:

" (Y/N)" you heard someone call your name. The voice was sweet.. mellow.. and familiar?

" (Y/N)" you tried to get up, realizing that your hands and feet were bound. You started to panic and tried to look around, only to see complete darkness.

" (Y/N)!" The voice yelled, and you felt it ring in your ears. By this point you knew who's voice it was. Ricks.

You tried to call out his name.
But nothing happened.

You started to cry.
You called out for anyone.

But no body came

Your eyes opened and you shot up into a sitting position. You felt yourself shiver and you started at the covers as you silently cried.
Suddenly, you felt an arm wrap around you. You looked up and saw rick next to you, looking down with a worried expression.

" (Y/N)?" He said in a soft, almost sweet, voice.
You didn't say anything, but cuddled into his arms, feeling yourself calm down.

After a few minutes, you felt okay enough to talk.

"I had a nightmare" you said in a whisper.
Your eyes widened as you realized,

This was the third nightmare you'd had in a week.

[Maybe its from all the stress?]

You looked up at rick and he gave you a kiss on the forehead.
"It's okay" he hummed in your ear, giving you shivers.
You smiled and snuggled closer to his body, enjoying the warmth it provided.

[The only problem with that is, Im not stressed..]

After a little while, you let to of rick and got out of bed.

"I should probably get ready for school." You looked at rick, who looked a bit disappointed when you said that.

"Okay.." he smiled and got up, showing you how tall he really was. You'd almost forgotten he was almost twice your height.

He walked over to you and you felt your face flush pink, seeing his tall form tower over you.
In the wrong circumstances, this could be very threatening.
Luckily, these weren't those circumstances.

He bent down and planted a small kiss on your cheek, making you smile from ear to ear.

"Love you~" he sweetly said in your ear. You felt a chill run down your back and you gave him a tight hug, kissing his neck lightly before releasing him.

"Love you", you winked and he chuckled.

After you said your goodbyes, you went upstairs to shower, thinking the whole time about how much you liked Rick and how you wanted to cuddle with him forever.

You wanted to feel his arms wrapped around you forever, never letting go.  His lips, kissing yours.. forever.

You were in school, second period. Nothing eventful was happening.
Its funny, spending almost a week with Rick and his adventures made you feel like crazy was the new normal. It felt weird to be so bored like this.
