By the time we got home we were butt tired. We spent hours looking places we thought Morgan would have ran to. We checked the Police Station, her parents place,Cameron's. Everywhere. She was nowhere to be found. The only reason I decided to come home was because I knew within my heart that Morgan was safe. Where ever she was she would be ok. I went to my room and was about to get in my bed when I saw something move over by my closet door. I didn't make it obvious that I saw whatever was in my closet, I just continued on as if I didn't know they were there. I was going to kill whoever this was. I'd already had those others guys come for my throat. After a few seconds I teleported myself into the closet. Alright, on three I'm going to put this sucker in a full Nelson. One, two, three. I reached out for their arms, but who ever this person was reacted fast. I 'd never been hit so hard and fast in my entire life. I got an elbow right to the face. Stumbling back I reached for some help: jacket , shirt, anything to stop my fall, but nothing helped. The person made a run for the door. Oh, no. You weren't getting away so you could come back and make another surprise attack. You were going down and down as in right now. I got up and made a dive for his legs. I got him. " Who sent you here?" My answer was a kick in the nose." Ow." I grabbed my nose trying to catch the blood before it hit the floor. I thought I'd never been hit so hard and fast in my life. That kick was worse, harder and even faster than the first lick . " Amani!! Sarah!! Get him. He's making a run for the front door!!!" I heard a lick and Amani groaned. I had to get in there. I couldn't let anyone else I loved get hurt, besides, I wanted to look this prick in the eyes.I wanted to know why so many people are after my life. Amani and Sarah had the intruder by both arms by the time I got into the living room." Let me go!!" The person screamed. " Snap, it's a girl." Amani said.
" You fight pretty good to be a girl."
" Yeah?" She elbowed Amani in the stomach knocking the air from his body. "Well my father taught me well. Now let me go!!" She tried to make her way out of their grip.
"You come into my house, kick my butt and want me to let you go?Just like that? No way."The only light were the dimmed lights from the dining room so the only thing I could see about the person was their silhouette. I walked over to the switch. " No, first we want to know who you are and why you came here? Who sent you?" I flicked on the light to find Morgan under the grip of Sarah and Amani. Everyone's breath caught in their throat. Amani and Sarah instanly let her go and a look of recogniton flittered across her face. " You?" She pointed at my face. My painting, my dreams.." I tried speaking but the words just wouldn't come out. When they finally did come out it sounded like a bunch of jibberish. Sarah walked me over to the couch and sat me down. " Wha-. How? How did you get here? Did you die Morgan?" My mind went twelve different places at once. What other reason would she be here if she didn't die? If she is here does that mean that I've failed?
" Wait, How do you know my name?"
" How do I know your name? I 've known you your whole life." Amani tried to guide Morgan to a seat but she stepped away at the slightest touch.
" I can seat myself." She said. I can't believe this. This isn't real. Morgan is standing in front of me. Talking to me. Asking me questions. I shook my head. " Something isn't right. How is this possible?"
" How is what possible?"
" You. Your being here. You're not.... I mean , you're a human."
" Of course I'm a human. Aren't we all." She stated the last bit as if it were obvious. If only she knew. " Morgan, I think you should take a seat." Amani suggested. She looked at him with a stink eye but didn't protest any longer. I felt Morgans emotions clearer than I ever have. It was so strong it was as if I could read her mind, but I couldn't . I could just feel the empty space in her brain which meant she had questions, and a lot of them. "So what are you if you aren't human?" I had to tell her and if I was gonig to tell her I was going to tell her everything.
