Dawn or Dusk?

Two strangers, exchanged hearts
Unspoken promises of a love they hope would last
A way to feel, a nature's must
Emotions take over, why so fast?

The moon shines brighter
Utter light that in the night contagiously scatters
A soft whistle of the wind,
Humming a sweet, familiar melody in the ears

They looked up under the same sky night-lights.
A full moon accompanied by a thousand dazzling stars.
But can they really do it right?
To reach out to someone with such a great distance?

Two strangers, broken pieces
Glued together, wind softly whispers
A love story, neatly written
One more love song, would it matter?

Walls in between, different worlds
Caught up in a love, their own dimension
Enamoured of each other, creative words
Is this a dream or a perfect illusion?

A little discouragement, then fear calls
Tells me: "run away from these all"
But you were there, won't walk away
Helping me out of this repeated maze

If I ever wake up from this short-lived dream,
Would I be able to recall?
Although everything is real it seems,
Is your stubborn love just a fraud?

I looked up again, the feelings inside me dawning
I can escape the person, but never these feelings
I felt my feet slowly leading me away,
But why do I return to this same old place?

Oh, We are two strangers, exchanged hearts
Two beautiful souls that wants to grow old together
Spiritually connected, a beautiful abstract
How long can we hold on to this my beloved stranger?
