Chapter 5- Forget Me

"What!"

"Yeah I heard you had a fit, that person who bought you to the hospital said he saw someone injecting something into your IV." He says.

"Why would they be trying to kill me?" I ask.

"Well your a mermaid, they clearly know your real identity, they found out who I was and killed my family."

"People said you disappeared."

"Well no, I had to go into hiding unfortunately..." he says as he starts making his left leg go up and down.

"So what do I do now? And how did you know I was here?" I ask raising my eyebrows.

"Well now and then I go near they sea, as you know we have a special abilities, I can hear other mermaids mind however far they are."

"Wow! That's cool, I can control water and make others forget about me if I want them to." I speak.

"Yeah I know making people forget who you are is a special gift. Many only have one but your the first I know to have two. He says in amazement.

"What do you want to do about the man that bought you hear?" Questions the Wook Bin.

"I'm not sure, he did help me and he seem really sweet, I really don't want to make him forget me." I say with an unsure expression.

Then Young-ah walks back into the room with a cheese sandwich and a orange juice . He passes it to me and tells me to drink it.

"So when your discharged from the hospital where are you going to stay." Questions Young-ah as he stands at the other side of my bed.

"Er I'm not sure." I say with an unsure tone.

"She will be staying with me, until I can send her back home." Wook Bin says as he turns to face me.

"Alright well here is my number if you need anything at all please contact me." Young-ah says.

"Okay, thanks." Wook Bin replies as he takes Young-ah's hand and shakes it.

Young-ah gladly accepts the hand and shakes it back. He then turns to me and gives me a small smile.

"I have to go now, but I hope we meet in the future." Young-ah says as he reaches his hand out.

"Thanks you for helping me, we may meet in the future." As I shake his hand I use my ability to make him forget me however it won't work until he's 5 meters away from me.

Young-ah bows to me and to Wook Bin and leaves the room, before he leaves he turns around and give me a goodbye smile. I smile back and gaze into his golden brown eyes.

However he cuts off the gaze and turns back around before leavening for good.

"I made him forget about me...When I shook his hand." I say as I look down at my hands.

"It's for the best, anyway lets get you discharged and an identity we have to do this before the police come."

"Alright."

"I'll be back soon let me get your identity done and we can figure how to send you back."

"Okay."

Wook Bin bows to me before leave the room, my room was deserted no one but me. I wonder if Eomma and appa have realised I'm missing. I guess Woo Ji and Soo Min will be worried to death by now. Then I remembered what Wook Bin told me people are trying to kill me they know that I'm a mermaid.

I leave the hospital and get into my car, I then suddenly have a flashback about yesterday when I saw someone inject Soo young's IV.
