The Kiss -Malec/Jalec

I head to the Institute early in the morning ready for a stressful day but remembering me and Jace were kissing last night.

I told him I can do anything with him so I said goodbye and came home.

On my way to the institute I enter the control room seeing everyone surrounding the panel.

"What's going on?" I ask everyone.

"Demons are spotted in central park. I need you and Izzy to come with. Clary, you need to stay here and work on those runes okay?" We all agree with Jace and the three of us prepare for a hunt.

Once Izzy walks out of the room Jace comes over to me and puts his hand on my shoulder.

"Are you okay?" He asks, I look over to him and nod my head telling him that I couldn't sleep last night and Magnus apparently couldn't either.

"What's wrong with Magnus?"

"He felt sick yesterday. And last night he needed some air so he went on the porch. Told me he needed to be one for a bit, had a rough day."

He nods his head understanding how rough days were and we both walked out ready to go on the hunt.

After a couple hours we finally come back, Izzy going to find Clary and ask how the runes are going.

I feel Jace pull me into a corner and quickly kisses me. I smile at him but I know that my love for him night be fading but not knowing for sure I kiss back.

I told him I should get home and he nods his head, heading to his bedroom.

I finally get home and see Magnus in the kitchen holding a mug and looking at the microwave. He's leaning against the counter and his hair is all messy.

"Hey Magnus."

He slowly looks at me and I notice he looks more pale than usual. Thinking he's hurt he blurts out he's fine and a client spilled a potion on him.

"How was your day though? Thought you might come home late again." Magnus said sitting down at the table.

"No, I needed to come home. I'm tired. But tomorrow we have a mission to go on so I'm not sure how long that will take."

He nods his head and looks at the glass, his fingers tapping the mug in his hands. Knowing that's a nervous sign he does I sit down.

"Are you sure you are okay?"

He tells me yes and that sleep just isn't catching up to him and he's nervous for a client tomorrow.

I believe him and go take a shower, falling alsepe instantly once I get in bed. Waiting for what the day brings me tomorrow.
