Angel's POV
Dragging myself out of bed the next morning was like lifting a heavy boulder. Hard as fuck. I groan and role out and manage to get to the bathroom and I take a long shower to help me wake up.
All night I had dreams like the one from earlier in the night and I barely got any sleep. I walk out of the shower to hear my mom calling me and I say
"One sec just got out of the shower!"
I quickly get dressed but struggle to braid my hair as I walk down the stairs so I give up and just let it down and walk into the living room. My mom smiles when she sees me but soon frowns and says
"awe honey you look tiered! Bad night?"
I nod and say
"weird dreams is all"
My dad stands and says
"honey we have visitors, a good friend of mine and his sons"
He smiles and wraps his arm around my shoulders in a comforting way and leads us further into the living room. I see three heads near our small bar and my eyes widen when I see the two guys from the other night. They smile and when my dad goes to introduce us one of them says
"we actually met at the ball last night, it's nice to see you again Angelica"
They both walk over to me and they both kiss my hands. I stand there blushing like crazy and feeling like an idiot for not being able to say anything. The boys stand on either side of me and they look at my parents and Xander says
"We have some good news, we're planning on helping Angelica move out today"
They both smile at my parents but I can almost see the steam coming out of my father's ears. He looks between the three of us and says
"can someone explain to me why my oldest friends sons are claiming my daughter?!"
The brothers look at each other then Xavier looks down at me and says
"you didn't tell him?"
I shook my head and ask
"tell them what?"
They look at each other with shock on their faces and my dad screams
"what is going on?!!"
I shrug my shoulders and Xander says
"S-She's our mate, how can she not feel it?"
My parents look shocked and my mom says
"oh dear, we didn't think she had mates, she's human like I am, she can't feel all the sparks and the bond that you feel"
The boys share a knowing look and I look back at my dad and ask
"daddy what's going on? I don't get this"
I stumble back away from the twins a little scared and the fact that they want me to move away with them is-is crazy!
Xavier's POV
I see our little girl stumble back slightly looking confused, I mind link Xander and say
"I can't believe we didn't smell that she was human!"
He huffs and mind links back
"well I'm sorry I was just a little distracted by the fact that we found our MATE!"
We both turn to face her father and he's slightly smiling yet looks a little disappointed. He looks at the two of us and says
"you three are mates?"
I nod and say
"yes sir"
"and you'll both take care of my only little girl?"
"yes, very well sir, we'll spoil her like she deserves"
He nods and asks
"where do the two of you live? What pack?"
"we are both relatives of the royal family, we live in the castle that hosted the ball"
Her father nods and says
"I want to be able to visit and call my little girl"
"yes sir, we would just need to know about your visits early so we could notify the guards"
He nods and walks over to his daughter and says
"okay sweetheart, you know how we talked about mates?"
She nods and her father continues
"well these two are yours"
She tilts her head cutely to the side and says
"but I thought you guys said I wouldn't have a mate?"
I look over at Xander and we both feel sad that she didn't think she had us when we've been looking for her for so many years now. Xander steps forward and says
"we should start packing her things now if we want to leave on time"
Our dad shakes his head and says
"boys, I wouldn't take her away from her dad too soon, and I wouldn't rush the departure, her father was once in war zones and could de-manhood the both of you"
Angel's mother frowns and says
"he wouldn't dare! He knows how much I want grandpups in the future"
Xander and I laugh nervously and we mind link each other thinking
Oh this is going to be a long night...
