Moving Out

Angel's POV

I sit on my bed with the boys walking around the room putting my clothes and stuff in bags and they ask me what I'd like to take. Xander turns to me and asks

"how you feeling about all this? We know this is probably sudden for you since you're human and haven't really been explained about mates"

I shrug and lean back against my headboard and whisper

"T-There was something different about you guys, I didn't know it was a mate pull"

Xavier nods and says

"we know sweetheart, but don't worry, we will do everything we can to make you feel safe and happy"

He walks over and kisses the top of my head and it sends tingles throughout my body. I blush and Xander smiles over at me then gets up and continues to help Xavier pack my things. I hear my dad calling me from downstairs so I get up and make my way down. I smile when I see him and he pulls me into his arms and hugs me tightly saying

"my baby girl is leaving, if anything ever happens and I mean even if they breath in your direction and you don't like it, call me"

I giggle and say

"I promise I'll call"

I turn to my mom and she pulls me into her arms and says

"my little girl, you're growing up! I'm so happy for you"

I smile and she kisses my cheek and my dad kisses the top of my head. The boys then come down with bags of all my stuff, they set it all down near the door and walked over to us. My dad put each of his hands on the back of Xavier and Xander's necks and he lead them out of the room.

The boys dad walks over to me and says

"it's great that the boys found you, I just want to say that you are going to be welcomed into our house and we are all very happy for the three of you, my wife can't wait to meet you"

I smile shyly and say

"thank you, this is all very.... different"

He nods and puts a hand on my shoulder and says

"we know, and we will try and make the transition as smooth as possible"

We hear growls and we look over our shoulders and see the boys growling, I shrink back slightly and their father says

"easy boys, I was just offering support"

He then slowly takes his hand off my shoulder and takes a step back from me. I quickly look over to their dad and ask

"what's wrong with them?"

"possessiveness,  I was the same with their mother when we first discovered we were mates"

The boys rush over to me and they each hug my sides and Xander kisses my neck while Xavier buries his nose in my hair. I blush and try to push them away slightly but they weren't having that and hugged me tighter. My dad walked in and cleared his throat making the boys look in his direction. Xander pulls away from my neck and Xavier says

"I think it's time for us to leave"

My parents sigh and I give them hugs then they see us out the door and into their car. We all get in the back, their dad takes his own car and we have a driver in the front. Driving away from the house was easier than I thought it would be, being in between the two of them made me feel safe.

Xavier puts his arm around my shoulders and says

"we want you to be happy and feel safe with us, but we... live our lives a little differently"

I frown and turn my body towards him and ask

"what do you mean different?"

Xander kisses the top of my head and says

"we will explain when we get home"

The rest of the car ride was fairly silent, Xavier and Xander kept glancing at me then at each other and they both wouldn't let go of me the whole ride, it was like they were afraid I'd fly out of my seat.

We got to the castle and it looks eve better in the evening sun than it did lit up at night. We get out of the car and the boys take my bags and we all walk up to the doors together where a woman in an elegant long dress is waiting for us. She smiles when she sees us and says

"Oh my lord! This must be your mate! Boys she is absolutely adorable! I'm Evangeline, the boys mother"

I smile and stick out my hand to shake but she pulls me into a big hug and says

"oohhh please come inside! dinner is almost ready!"

We all walk in and Xander says

"we will take your bags up to your room then we can give you a tour"

They both smile and kiss my head then head upstairs. Evangeline smiles at me and says

"you make them both so happy! Once all the guests left that night of the ball all they could talk about how angelic you looked and how sweet you are, welcome to the family my dear, and if you'd like something specific for dinner or have any allergies just walk into the kitchen and notify any one of our chefs"

I nod and say

"thank you, your home is very beautiful"

She smiles and then her name is called and she excuses herself. I smile looking around and I giggle as I twirl in the middle of the huge living room, I look in the corner and see colouring books and I wonder if any of them would mind if coloured. Before I can wonder anymore the boys come back down and they both look at me nervously and say

"we need to talk"
