Living in a two bedroom apartment with only one bathroom is a hard thing to do. It's even harder when the two roommates are a straight male and a straight female. It gets even harder when they aren't in a relationship and never plan to be. One takes no time getting ready for the day, while the other takes three hours, and there are strict boundaries.

"Eunji, come on! I gotta piss!" Ryan said banging on the bathroom door. "Your date isn't until nine! Why do you have to get ready now?" Music blared from the bathroom door and the shower was on.

"저기 저 꽃잎들처럼!" Eunji sang, not hearing a word he said.

"I can't understand your ching chong language, Eunji! Speak American."  He spoke as she continued to sing.

"Maybe I, I can't touch the sky!" She sang passionately. She was ecstatic about her date that night.

"Okay thank you!" The water stopped running. "You know what! I'm gonna piss off the balcony and I hope it lands on your boyfriend!" He said with a snarky attitude.

"Don't you dare!" Eunji yelled, turning off the music.

"So now you hear me." He mumbled. The door swung open to reveal Eunji wrapped in a towel, hair still wet. Water dripped down her shoulders and to the floor. Ryan stepped back a bit. "Wow okay. Boundaries, please. I'll just be in here if you would move out of the way. Thank you. Okay, you get ready. Goodbye." Ryan rambled on and shimmied past Eunji closing his eyes tight. "You just put your dress on and I'll be in here- I said that. Okay okay. bye. Okay." Eunji moved out of the way and walked to her room. She threw on her dress and applied some makeup, ready for the day.

Jin looked in the mirror and messed with his hair, parting it different ways. He couldn't figure out what looked best. Every way seemed to look great. He shook his head and let his hair fall down naturally. He straightened out his black leather jacket and let out a deep sigh. He was torn. In one hand he could lie. He could trick the the crew and his friends into thinking he was going somewhere else, so he could have the best date of his life, and maybe meet his true love, but on the other hand, he had his career.

"Ya nervous?" He turned around, seeing Namjoon across the room. His hands were in his pockets, and he had a smirk stretched across his face, dimple showing clear as day. Jin simply nodded. "You don't need to be. It's one date that doesn't mean anything. It's not like you're really into her, right?" He paused. "You aren't into her, right?" Namjoon straightened up and stepped closer to him. He put a hand on Jin's shoulder. "No, Jin!" he said seeing the expression on Jin's face. Namjoon groaned and threw his head back. "You can't, man. I mean, we were all joking about it, but I thought you were just sweet talking her to make her happy. I didn't think you really liked her." He took a step back. "I don't wanna bust your balls man, but you really can't be with her. There are two reasons, okay? Reason number one: You are way too busy. Number two: She lives here. We have to go home one day, man." Jin nodded sadly and looked down. "Just don't. Please don't. Get to that date now okay?"

"Okay..." he sighed. He felt pathetic. He talked to the girl twice and he felt so strongly for her. He wanted to make things real, but he knew he couldn't. He turned back to the mirror and continued to mess with his hair. Namjoon walked away. He didn't understand what Jin was feeling. None of the boys did. To them, she was just another girl with a pretty face, but to Jin, she was perfect. He knew he had to go on this date. He could tell her everything and find someone else to do this date with, but he knew that it would just disappoint her. He decided to go with a part on the right side, and headed out for the night, boy band close behind him.

"Wide awake, wide awake, wide awake. Don't cry." Jin heard Eunji sing.

"She sing my song." he said smiling at the camera. He walked over to her as the rest stayed behind. The second he saw her, he was at a loss for words. She wore a pink pea coat dress with white ruffles at the skirt edge and fluffy cuffs. The top hugged her chest which had a large bow set on the left side. The dress flared out to show off her thighs which were covered by white leggings.

"Hey! You're early!" She bent down and picked up the change in her guitar case. "Huh, looks like I made about... two bucks." she said looking up at him. "Waters on me."

"You sing that song well." Jin said as Eunji set her guitar in its case. She was still bewildered. Kim Sekojin thought her voice was good. Kim Sekojin asked her out! Her bias was interested in her romantically. It was the best day of her life.

"Yeah? I practiced it this morning. Bugged the hell out of my roommate." She said, picking up the case. Eunji walked up to Jin and linked her arm with his. "So where we headin'?" she asked, smiling up at him. He looked down into her large, brown eyes and smiled back.

"It's called La Lanterna di Vittorio?" he said, hoping he said the name right.

"Oh! That fancy Italian cafe? They have an enclosed garden. I heard it's nice." she said excitedly. "I've never been. Oh! I bet they have fancy wine. I wish I could have fancy wine." They continued on their way.

"Walk is over a hour, but we could get a taxi if you want?" Jin asked. Eunji shook her head.

"I'm fine if you are. I like walks. They're calming, and give us time to talk. Also, good exercise." she said.

"Then we walk." Jin responded. He wanted to spend as much time with her as possible, before everything was ruined. "You look cute." he said scanning her outfit again.

"Oh really?" she said spinning around. "My roommate picked it out. Well, just the dress. I picked out the accessories, and of course I gotta have my Timbs." she kicked up her leg and looked back at her shoes. Jin laughed and mimicked her action, resulting in a playful shove. "You stop that." she giggled. Jin turned to Eunji, still laughing. He looked down at her and she looked up at him. He brushed her hair out of her eyes so he could get lost in them further. He leaned down a bit as she raised up on her toes, but they were interrupted by the cold, wet flakes of snow fall. Eunji laughed as a snowflake landed on Jin's nose. "Could this date get any more romantic? It's like a sappy teen novel, or a bad fan fiction." Jin's smile died down at this. He knew that the date was at its peek.

"No, I don't think it can." he said wiping the snow off of her cheek with his thumb. "This is the best it could get."
