Without a doubt, Sasuke harbored feelings for Sakura. If he really hadn't felt a thing and simply wanted the rise of the Uchiha clan, he would've done and ditched.
Not only that, Sasuke began believing in Itachi's ideals for the Uchiha clan; it's cleansing. I'm sure Sasuke wouldn't recklessly spread the Uchiha genes, as he should be wary of the Uchiha curse of hatred.
