Jake POV: Waking up to the love of your life is not something everyone gets to have the honor of, but I do. I woke up next to the love of my life, a sleeping beauty, the girl I'm going to marry. But how can I tell her that?
Erika POV: I can tell that Jake is watching me sleep, I turn and fit my head to the shape of his neck. I wanted to lay with him forever, I kissed his neck and smiled. "Morning, handsome. How'd you sleep?"
Jake POV: "Next to you? Amazing". I gave Erika a peck on the lips and pushed her hair away from her face and just stared into her beautiful eyes. "Amazing". I grabbed Erika's hand and I lead her downstairs, I decided to make breakfast for her. Her daily breakfast, egg whites with spinach and some avocado at the side. It was nice that we shared the little moments like these together.
Erika POV: Jake isn't a bad chef, I didn't even know he was capable of cooking. All he could do was stare at me, but it was in a different way. He had this very serious look all morning. Anyways, I decided to work and edit all day, because I was falling behind due to spontaneously moving in with Jake. After I finished editing I went and got my workout done with Tessa.
Jake POV: I got in the car and I didn't know where I wanted to go, then it came to me. I kept driving and I arrived to Pandora, a jewelry store. I picked out a diamond necklace for Erika, and an engagement ring I would save and propose to her when it was the right time. Whether it be weeks from now, I was going to propose to her and it would be special. I texted Erika to meet me in our room when I got home, I was nervous.
Erika POV: I'm waiting in our room right now for Jake, he said he had something special planned. So I played along and Jake had finally gotten home. I was anxious to see what he had planned. Now I'm just sitting on his bed waiting for him. And there he is.
Jake POV: Wow. Okay. It's happening, it's a big step in our relationship, diamond jewelry. Yes I have the money for it, but even if I didn't I'd buy her a diamond necklace and so much more. I want her to know how valuable she is to me, her and I may not be materialistic people, but I want her to have something beautiful, because she is beautiful. I walked in the room, she was sitting there, waiting for me. It's now or never. "Erika, you're gorgeous, beautiful, pretty, hot, sexy, you are stunning. You deserve something stunning" I reached for the box in my back pocket and I took it out, I sat on the ground in front of her and opened the box with the shimmering necklace "I love you, Erika. You deserve to have the nicest things". I stood up and took the necklace out of the box, and I took Erika's hand and brought her to stand up with her back towards me. I put the necklace on her with hope that she loved it.
Erika POV: Jake did what I would've never expected, he bought me a diamond necklace. First of all that is super expensive. But second of all we aren't a very materialistic couple, yet this necklace is beautiful. "Aw that's so sweet!" I pulled Jake towards me by his shirt, with my hand on his cheek, and I kissed him. "You're going all out aren't you?" I smiled and continued kissing him.
Jake POV: "I never thought I could be so in love, but if I now I realize I can only be this in love with you, Erika". Should I propose right now? That would be overwhelming. I'll wait. Erika began touching my chest again but this time she took my shirt off. She traced my lower chest with her fingers, and it felt amazing. She pushed me on the bed and started undressing herself.
Erika POV: I finally made the first move because I knew Jake was ready, and he wanted me to be comfortable and do this when I was ready. And now I was ready. Jake and I had sex, and it was fantastic. Not only is he an amazing kisser, but he is a magician in bed. He even made sure I was okay, he kept checking on me throughout the entire time, he cares about me so much. And it wasn't just the sex that proved it.
