She looked back at Hannah with an evil glare in her eye. Cliff started walking out of the revolving door and into the "open air."

"Isn't so amazing how the can make this synthetic layer seem so close to the Overworld?" Cliff asked.

"I know! It seems so realistic. I really like it here," responded Aryza.

Cliff put his hands into the pockets of his jeans. "Yeah. The place where Chester is hanging is hanging out in the building over there."

Aryza said "I feel bad for Reiyne. Linkin Park was her favorite band. She's going to be even more devastated then when My Chemical Romance broke up."

Cliff stopped by a lamp post and looked up. "Who is Reiyne?"

"Oh. She was my sister. I really miss her. I wonder what she's feeling now that I'm dead."

Cliff looked her in the eyes. "You're not dead yet. You are doing the challenge. That means that someone needs you. That means you are not finished living. You get the chance to travel between worlds. It means that you have enough courage to collect all of the shards. This is important Ari."

Aryza looked around and broke the silence. "I didn't know the challenge was so important. It is called a challenge after all. How does that even work? Like time and stuff."

Cliff took his hand out of his pockets. "Well, since time is irrelevant in a place like this, we can do whatever we want. We can speed it up and slow it down. Compared to the Overworld, time is chronological, but we don't have set hours. It's kinda weird. I think Athira could explain it better. We should probably go check on Chester." He kept walking. Aryza walked beside him.

Soon they were at the building. Aryza followed Cliff up a set of stairs. They turned a corner and walked into a room. Inside, there was a man with glasses and a beanie sitting on the bed.

"How are you doing Chester?" Cliff asked. He made sure he was okay and then they left. Aryza could barely contain her excitement, but she knew she would have the chance to talk to him later. She followed Cliff out the door.

They walked out the door, and the sky was simulating a sunset. Cliff turned and looked at her.

"Wanna get some ice cream?" he asked.

"Sure" she said as they made there way to what seemed to be an ice cream cart on the side of the street. They both got a vanilla cone and Aryza kept walking beside Cliff.

"Did I ever tell you that I love puns?" he asked.

"Well, I mean, your name is Cliff Hanger, so I guess you do."

They made there way back to the staircase between levels and Cliff showed her a small clearing to the side of it. They looked out over the view.

"Wow. It's Cliff on a cliff," blurted Aryza. "Oh so this was the pun."

"Yep," he said as he sat on the edge motioning Aryza to sit next to him.

Together they sat, over looking the rest of the world during a sunset. They both finished there ice cream and watched the first stars beginning to shine in the night sky.

A/N: If you are even reading this, then hi. I ignored this book after having writing block and deciding to spend more time on my fanfiction instead. Deal with it. This book only has 86 reads and that one has 1000 so its kinda a no brainer. What do you think of Cliff and Aryza? Bye!!!!
