Chapter 2: CHOI MINKI

Three years later

Jonghyun read some papers in front of him. The other employees around him is waiting with a worried look on their face.

He throw the papers away, making it scattered on the desk now, "this is nonsense." He stares coldly to all the employees in front of him. They're older than him but in the name of professionalism, they must obey him since he's the leader of this company.

Jonghyun stands up, read the diagram in front of him and his hand hit one of the chart that is shown on the white board, "here! How can all of you let this one decreased?"

"There's some problem with the transportation and...."

"Then fix that problem! All of you are hired to do this job, not to just stand around and doing nothing when there's a problem!"

All of the employees just stay quiet.

"I don't want to know. Rewrite this on the next meeting or you will be fired. I still have something else to check." Then he leave the meeting room.

A woman follows him and walk beside him, "Jonghyun-ssi..."

"Minhee, I told you so many times, you should check the reports first."

"I'm sorry about the reports, but your mother is waiting in your room now."

Jonghyun sigh. "Not again." He mumbles and walks slowly to his own office room.

"I'm really sorry, but she insists to wait for you."

"It's okay. You can't win against her," Jonghyun said, then he stares at Minhee, "oh, and please remind the one that in charge of buying the coffee, if she makes a mistake again, I'll fired her. I want the finest quality of coffee, not the standard and average one. Remember that!"

"Alright, sir!" Minhee nods and smiles.

Jonghyun open the door to his room and finds his mother already waiting there with a smile on her face.

"Jonghyunnie, I've been waiting for you, dear." She hugs Jonghyun and Jonghyun hugs her back.

"I still have another meeting after this, eomma."

"Oh, I won't be long," Mrs. Kim sits on the chair in front of Jonghyun's desk.

"Then what is it?"

"You know, recently I just met my old friend, Mrs. Choi. And I suddenly remembered that we have a promise that we still haven't fulfilled yet. That is to see our child married."

"So?" Jonghyun already sit on his seat while arranging some papers.

"So, we have decided to arrange a marriage between our kids. You will marry the Choi family's daughter!"

Suddenly Jonghyun release all the papers that he hold, "I..... WHAT?!"

"Yes, Jonghyunnie, you'll be married with the Choi family's daughter. She's pretty. You'll like her!"

"Wait, what the hell..... Why? Eomma, I still have to manage this company. And I'm still 21!"

"It's alright, dear, she's still 17."

This is really unbelievable for Jonghyun!

He still wants to live his life as a single man! He doesn't want to be in a relationship with someone else!

"Min, what should I do? I don't want to spend my life with a stranger that I don't love." Jonghyun make his way to one of the bar, located outside of the city, while talking with Minhyun on the phone.
