Chapter 4: MY PLACE

Now Jonghyun just realized why he get too many busy schedules that makes him have to stay in a hotel instead of his own apartment. His mother is planning all of that, so he won't be suspicious when she takes Minki's belongings into his apartment.

Jonghyun let out a sigh when his mother talks about redecorating this apartment. He already likes it this way and if Minki wants to stay with him, Minki should just accept the condition of his room. He doesn't want to change anything just because Minki or his mother likes it.

"I don't think it will need any redecorating and I like this place," Minki said.

Jonghyun feels relief when he said that but he knows his mother so well, that won't changed her mind about redecorating this place and it won't stop their heated argument.

"Eomma, can't you hear what Minki said? Even he said that this place doesn't need any redecorating thing." Jonghyun takes out a can of beer from the fridge.

He can't win that easily when it comes to debating his mother and that will usually ends up with him having a headache.

"But you're gonna stay together until your wedding day. Minki can't stay in this kind of room, it doesn't have any girly thing."

"Minki is not a girl, he doesn't need a girly thing." Jonghyun take a sip from his beer, but his mother hit his head with her hand.

"Even though Minki is not a real girl, Minki is still the daughter of Choi's family!"

"Both of you and the Choi's are crazy for doing this to your own son."

Another hit arrived on Jonghyun's head.

"You don't want to do it? You want to sent Minki's parents to the hospital, huh?!" Mrs. Kim glares at her son with a scary tone.

"No.. No.. I'm sorry, okay? I'm sorry." His mother really looks scary if she got mad like that, he wouldn't want to deal with her in her rage mode.

"Now that's a good boy. Listen, you should change the theme of this room into a more lively theme, a pastel color is good for this living room."

Jonghyun sigh again. "Eomma, why don't we redecorate after my wedding? It will be good, isn't it? You can redecorate it anyway you wanted it."

Mrs. Kim stares at her youngest son, "I'm planning to buy you a house in Gangnam for your wedding gift."

"Then just redecorate that house, I won't have any complains against it, okay?" Jonghyun smiles, trying to persuade his mother and apparently it works.

That makes Jonghyun feels more relief. He finished his beer and go to the bathroom when he see his mother now talking on her phone with someone else.

He take off his clothes when he enter the bathroom, not knowing that there's someone else that also used the bathroom.

He walks to the end of the glass wall on his bathroom, he's really surprised to see that Minki is soaking himself in the bathtub.

"Choi Minki? What are you doing?"

"Like you can see, I'm taking a bath," Minki narrowing his eyes with an annoyed look on his face.

'Why am I so stupid? I keep forgetting the fact that he's my room-mate for now. Not just a room-mate, but he's my fiance. I must get used to see him here after this.'

"Oh. Then excuse me, I need to take a shower too."

"I'm the first one who get in here, so you have to wait until I finish first."

After having an argument with his mother, now he still have to fight Minki too.

"But this is my bathroom."
