''You're going to surely get caught if you skip school again.'' Ruki said with a smirk. I tossed him a glare and read it over again. ''It's your fault, if you hadn't had told me about the project I wouldn't be in here, Besides, this is only the second time. It wouldn't take that long if you'd just tell me where his plans were.''
Ruki smiled. he literally had me in the palm of his hand. We had been spending more time together since he told me of Karlheinz's plans. Making Laito horribly jealous. I almost felt bad. it wasn't like Ruki and I were doing anything though.
''I can tell you one thing, They're not in the library where you'd be snooping.'' I froze and turned towards him in anger. ''You're an ass.'' I growled and picked myself up off the ground. ''I can't tell you much more about the project. I can tell you that it's possible that Yui is eve.'' I nodded a bit. I knew for a fact that I didn't have the heart of a demon lord's daughter in me. It was almost time for school to let out.
''Maybe you could wait it out in my house. I'm sure Laito would trace your scent there and come and get you.'' He chuckled. ''So you can lock me in the attic? I don't think so.''
Ruki's face took on a sight of being very serious for a second. ''You realize that If Yui is Eve she could choose Laito, the heart I mean. Then what?'' I scoffed and crossed me arms. I didn't know how to answer the question. But then I felt a hyped feeling of something as three faint words came into my memory. ''He told me he loved me, he said it twice.'' I realized.
''How do you know he was telling the truth, Do you know how many girls he screwed. how many girls have transferred out of our school because of him?'' I shook my head. ''No, and I don't want to know.'' I snapped as we walked on our way back to the Mukami household. ''What do you have against him anyways?'' I asked curiously. Ruki growled and stopped, almost making me bump into him. He turned towards me and bit his lip before advancing. ''Ruki, What are you doing?''
Ruki advanced again like he was going to pounce of me, I barely saw it coming, the moment when he finally gripped my shoulders and crashed his lips on mine.
