Selena's Veiw
My body aches everywhere. I'm in deep pain every centimeter of my small body. Josh towers above me all the time, but now it just seems like I'm invisible, like I'm so short no one can see me. This is where the chemo starts.
In the hospital room..
Josh picks me up and puts me on the bed for the doctor to check me out. Josh sits, and the doctor stands, and walks over to me. I lie down, and the doctor feels on my stomach, where the cancer lump is. "Hmm." He whispers to himself. "Let me get the stuff I need for this therapy." He says, then walks out of the room. Right after he does, Josh rushes over to me, and smacks his lips onto mine. I pull him closer, and he runs his hands into my hair, and down my back. "Josh stop the doctor is coming." I whisper. He quickly climbs off , and sits back down. He comes in with a big needle, about the length of a apple. I flinch, and Josh gets up, and holds my hand. The doctor tells me to just close my eyes and it'll be over in a few minutes. I nod, and I feel him pull my gown down to a little below my bra. I clench my jaw, and he starts a countdown. "3..2..1" when he says one I feel the needle go into the left vein in my neck. I flinch because the pain, then settle.
After they finish, they hook me up to a heart monitor. I cry after it's just me and Josh in the room. "Selena.. Shh.. You'll be okay." He strokes my arm, and I lie my head on the pillow. Then Josh starts singing john legend.
"Got my head spinning, no kidding, I can't pin you down. What's going in that beautiful mind? I'm on your magical mystery ride, and I'm so dizzy, don't know what hit me. But I'll be alright. My heads underwater, but I'm breathing fine. Your crazy, and I'm out of my mind. Cuz all of me, loves all of youuu." When he finishes, tears come out. He pulls me close, and starts crying so much. "I gave you all of me." He whispers. "And I gave you all of me." I whisper back to him. I look at the heart monitor, and see my heart rate going down. He starts crying again, then presses my lips against mine, one last time.. I pull away, then pull him down for another, I run my fingers through his hair, and he pulls away, then he wipes his tears.
"Remember I'll always love you, Selena."
