Chapter 10: (I call it fear)

~~~Josh's Perspective~~~

I hear the bone snap. I bite my lip so hard, it starts to bleed. I open my eyes, and see Selena squeezing my hand, tears going down her face. I kiss her cheek, and she looks at me and gives me a weak smile. I smile slightly, and peck her lips. "Okay she's gonna need to get a shot in her foot, then get a cast." Says the doctor, taking out her IV. Her smile fades, and tear falls down her face. He loads a big needle, then sticks it into her. She screams, and I cover her mouth with my hand.

She gets a purple cast on her left foot. I was the first person to sign it. Of course I signed something sweet and funny. I sign 'Get well soon bae why'd you has to fall!' She smirks, then we get the crutches. Then we go home ^-^

(At the motel)

I lie on top of her, not doing anything though. I peck her lips, and they were cold. I pull away, rub my lips, then shake her slightly. "Selena.." I whisper. Nothing. Dead silence. "Selena... Come on wake up." My voice becoming more urgent. I place my fingers on her wrist where you would feel a pulse, and I felt something...

But it defiantly wasn't a pulse.
