Chapter 31

Selena's perspective

I wake up to the sound of forks hitting glass. I climb out of bed, and slowly make my way down the stairs. I faintly see Josh get up, and help me down last few steps. I plop down in a chair and Nevaya comes and sits down in my lap. "Hey, baby." I say, smiling. She leans back, and closes her eyes. I kiss her forehead. "I love you so much momma." She says, crying. Wait, why is she crying? I sit her around so she's looking at me. "Why are you crying baby?" I ask. She uses her tiny hands and wipes the tears from her eyes. "I don't want to be forgotten when the baby is born." She says, closing her eyes so the tears will stop rushing down her face.

If the baby is born..

I kiss her forehead again. "Don't worry, you'll never be forgotten. I love you, and so does your daddy." I say. "Josh!" I yell. He comes down the stairs, changed into some dark washed jeans, a white tee shirt, and some vans. I whistle, and he busts out laughing. I giggle a little too, and Nevaya looks at us like we're insane. "Do you love Nevaya?" I say, picking her up. "DUH I love my lil Vay-bear!" He says, tickling her sides. She giggles like crazy. He refers to her cute nickname. Vay-bear. I aw'e at that, and Josh stares at me.

"I'm gonna go change. Let's go take Nevaya to a surprise place. " I say, walking up the stairs. "Okay!" Josh yells back, and sits down on the couch. Nevaya follows me up the stairs, and goes into her room to pick clothes out. I strip my clothes off, and grab a chevron sundress because it is warm out, and I slip on some sandles, showing off my robin blue toenails.

I've been going tanning, so I'm dark, and you know how robin blue goes great with tan skin. I go into the bathroom, and quickly curl my long hair that goes down to my belly button. I curl it, and it goes up to a few inches below my breasts. The curler slightly touches my neck, and I flinch. "Ow!" I yelp in pain. I look down at collarbone, and see a small burn. I feel a hot tear come down my face, and I wipe it away. I quickly do my makeup, and smile at my reflection. "Vay-bear get in here!" I yell, smiling. She runs in, and she's wearing a cute little chevron dress, and some little sandles. I gasp. "We're twins!" I giggle, and she leans her head back and laughs. I smile at her, and Josh comes in. He wraps his arms around my waist for a hug, and I wrap my arms his neck. "I love you," he says, kissing my forehead. I smile up at him, since he is a few inches taller than me. He smiles down at me, and pecks my lips. Nevaya says "ew." Then we get into my brand new Audi that Josh bought me for my 23rd birthday.
