Years Later...
Nevaya scans the rack for the perfect homecoming dress. She brushes her long blonde hair out of her face, and gasps. "What?" I say, raising an eyebrow. "Mom this is it!" She exclaims, pulling an blue ombré ball gown. She squeals, and hands me the dress. I feel my phone vibrate in my purse the second she runs off. I pull it out and see it was Charlotte.
"Hello?" I say
"Mom."
"Yeah?"
"Dad is like gone i don't know where he went." She sounds scared
"Baby don't worry we'll be home soon."
"Okay. Love you, bye."
I hear the phone beep and I shove it into my purse.
Well just great.
Just a short chapter. The next one will be the last! The once after, an authors note, then an epilogue. Thanks for staying toon, ilyyyy :) :)
