I didn't feel bad about what Harry told me. But I wasn't about to take his place either. I was just doing it to mess with him. I wouldn't mind being first mate but if he loves that role in the crew so much then of course I'll back off.
Why was he so damn cute?
Ugh. I hated it. This was messing up my flow. I wasn't going to have some rotten pirate spoil my fun as being bad and being focused on making Uma's crew.
Me and Harry make our way downstairs and the crew was there.
"Finally! What took you two so long?"
"We had a talk. That's all." I sent Harry a glare.
"Could you two get along. Harry you're my best friend and mate! And Max, you're my family. And you guys have to get along." Uma says.
Everyone crowded around the table.
"So Uma. You gonna make her apart of the gang?" A dude asked. He was sitting on the table with his feet across my lap. I didn't mind. If you're thinking that I like him. NO WAY. He looked like he would be the son of Gaston.
The question seemed to catch Harry's attention and he leaned on the table ready to listen.
"You guys know how it is. You have to prove you can be in the crew by the DT." She smirked playing with her sword. Harry silently laughed looking at me.
"What's the DT?"
"Various types of trainings that could get you killed. If you pass all of them you can join the team." Harry explains with a smirk.
"Then let's do it. Tomorrow morning bright and early." I stand up slamming my hands on the table.
"Five in the morning. Be ready because the DT is from five in the morning til five in the afternoon."
"Twelve hours straight and no breaks? Simple."
"Well there is one every four hours."
"I can do that."
"Me, Harry, and Gil right here will determine if you made it."
Gil was the one who had his legs on me. He waved with a dumb smile. I raised my eyebrows and waved back. Harry was behind Gil. He pointed to his brain and shook his head signaling that he didn't have one. I slightly giggled and he smirked. This caught Uma's attention.
"Oh so one minute you guys hate each other and then the next you're flirting?"
"We weren't flirting. Harry was just telling me how Gil had no brain." I snicker .
"Hey!" Gil gasps.
"I proclaim Gil as my best friend now." I hug him. I turn to Harry. "You say shit again and I'll slice your neck off."
"Yeah!" Gil yells. Everyone laughs shaking their heads. This is why I wanted to be in this crew. Everyone was evil, determined to take over Auradon, and also a family who enjoyed laughing everyone once in awhile.
"So. You think you can be evil?" A crew member asked.
"Oh, I know I can be evil. I'll be more then evil." I say. I stand up on the table and start singing

Everybody see my shine
But they don't know my story
They don't know what's on my mind
I push a person out my way as I jump onto another table kicking the food off. The crew members cheer. I sit with another person and twirl my hair.
I carry on like a princess
I lean on to give him a kiss on the cheek but push him down to the ground.
