We Have Each Other [Gabe X Clementine]

24-Leaving

Clementine POV:
Last night when Gabe got back,he found some canned food and water. I was feeding Aj on the bed. He had some food on his lips and he giggled.

"You're so silly goofball..." I laughed putting some of the food back in his mouth.

"Clem..." Aj said after swallowing his food

"Yes Goofball?"

"When arwe my lwittle brother and sister cwoming bwack?"

My smile faded and my eyes widen a bit. How I'm I suppose to tell him this? He's only 2 well almost 3 but I don't know how....

"We just gotta wait goofball... Okay?"

"Okway"He said putting his head down" I miss them..."

"Me too Aj...."I said as I scooped up some more food and I fed it to him

My sweet pea.... My buddy.... My babies...

After I finished feeding Aj,I put him down for a nap. I feel bad for Aj,he loves Lee and Gabrielle like sometimes when I'm feeding Lee or Gabrielle,he would ask if he could help.

I would let him help. Or when Gabe and I would play with Gabrielle and Lee on our bed,Aj would tickles them a bit and they would laugh with their adorable smiles and their cute giggles. The way their feet kicked every time laughed and when me or Gabe would have a small conversation with them. It would sound like their talking back

I stopped thinking about that when Gabe entered the house. He had some more food in his bag with some weapons and water.

"How did this one go this time?" I said

"Went well,got more for stuff when we leave"

"That's good,we need it anyways..."I said as he gave me the bag and I put down next to bed.

"How's your leg?" He asked

"Kinda hurts still,but its healing fine" In smiled

He kissed my forehead making me blush lightly. Me and him sat at the edge of the bed.

"We should go find the group soon,once we leave" Gabe said

"Yeah,we should.... Once we find them,we should get to Alexandria or if its there...."

"Or maybe go back to Richmond.." Gabe suggested

"Gabriel..."

"Really Clem... Probably dad can reason with Joan then it would be okay..."

"I don't trust New Frontier anymore,I want all of them dead. They got Gabrielle and Lee killed..."I said with a little bit of anger in my voice

Gabe frowned then looked down. I frowned as well.

"What if they're not dead?"

"I would still want New frontier dead"

It gets silent for a while until Gabe puts his hand on mine.

"We'll get through this together..." Gabe said as held my hand

I smile then he pulled me in for a passionate kiss. We still are depressed about Gabrielle and Lee,Gabe and I are a team,we will try to figure this out.

We pulled out of the kiss,and stare at each other.

"We should probably eat too.." I said getting up.

"Yeah..." Gabe said"After we're done,I got to clean your leg so you can change your bandage"

"Okay..."I said as I got out two cans of food and we started eating.

The next week...
My leg was doing fine,I could walk good and run still. Me and Gabe were getting ready to leave,We all ate before we got ready.

Gabe was reloading some weapons and I look to see Aj asleep on the bed. He just loves going to sleep after he eats. I kissed his forehead and sat the edge of the bed getting the bag.

As I was putting some cans and water in the bag,I saw a pink blanket and a blue blanket. It was Gabrielle and Lee's blankets.... The ones Gabe found when he went on that supply run the day I found out I was pregnant....

My eyes were starting to tear up a bit. I could still hear their adorable laughs in my head. I looked at the blankets,I can see their smiles. Gabrielle's beautiful brown eyes and Lee's beautiful yellow eyes.

Gabe came up in front of me and put his hand on my shoulder. I stood up and we hugged with me crying on his shoulder while he was doing the same to my shoulder.

"I miss them so much Gabriel..." I said as I cried

"I know,me too Clem" Gabe said as he cried a bit

I cried on his shoulder quietly trying to not wake up Aj. Sometimes before me and Gabe went to bed we would tell each other what cute things Gabrielle and Lee did. Talking about them,it would make me sad but good to remember them by. I have a little hope they're alive,but I saw on their car seats just blood everywhere. We kept hugging for a while then we break the hug wiping our tears away.

"We should get going" I said

"Yeah,let's go"

I put Gabrielle and Lees blankets back in the bag. Gabe grabs Aj who was still asleep and put him on my back. Gabe got the bag and gave me a gun. We left the house then went walking. Gabe held my hand and I smile. Aj was still asleep on my back then I was thinking now I'm happy to see the group again but first I'm going to avenge Gabrielle and Lee. Who ever got them killed will have to deal with me......

No one is getting away with this.....
