my friendship with aquarians have always been strange. when we first meet, we get along pretty great. and then a few months later, we can't go five minutes into conversation without the conversation having awkward tensions or without starting a fight. some of my most petty fights have been with an aquarius, and we laugh about it now, but we just couldn't help but get defensive at each other. not to worry though, simply stopping your stubbornness and letting down your pride and actually talking out your problems will help a handful. the aquarians i know are very eccentric and fun people, but because of this, they're some of my favorite people. they have some attitude and spunk that'll really get them far in life because they have things that they want to do and they know how to do it. they're also some of the smartest people i know who always try their hardest at what they do. when complimented, they're very humble and will probably deny it until they die before they finally accept it. but then again, they're also the type of people who jokingly compliment themselves and will aggressively deny if anyone disagrees. it's completely amusing and a trait about them i would never change. being a fixed sign, they're also quite stubborn at nature, and being an air sign, they're also good at debates and building their own argument like a gemini. this is why i hate arguing with geminis and aquarians. their stereotype of being distant and emotionless would only apply if they're busy and if they feel attacked. they'd rather not let people know they're being sensitive and would probably attack you back in petty ways. this is what started my petty fights with them in the first place!
