Me and my friends shared hugs and goodbyes before seperating ways as usual.

I walk down with Jimin since our houses are just infront of each other. Jimin being talkative as usual while I listen to each word he says. I'm glad that despite what happened to me and my mother, the day turned out fine.

"Yah Suga hyung" I turned to Jimin. He stopped walking all of a sudden and looked down to his shoes.



"Can you tell me the truth-- On why your cheek was swollen earlier?"

I stayed silent. I wasn't really one to talk about what really happened, since I hated people worrying about me. I feel as if I become a nuisance to them-- a person that just spreads negativity.

"Hyung?"

....


"It's okay if you don't want to tell me. Sorry for asking" Jimin said. I was guilty, that only a question made me not answer a friend.

Should I just say it?

I decided not to.

But it all turned silent after then.

We saw a glimpse of the cupcake shop already. Jimin was still silent which made matters worse since he wasn't like that before.

We seperated ways and went to our houses. I took a glimpse behind me, and saw him struggling to get in.


"Jimin-ah!" I shouted. I didn't really planned to do so, but I think I did it out of guilt.

Jimin turned to me, confused. But I think he knows what's going on.

"Do.. Do you still want to know why?"

"First, just ask questions. I'll answer everything and tell you the story as well." I said, while taking him to a nearby candy store.


Jimin nodded, and started asking. "First.. was the woman that told me you were sick actually your mother..?"

"Well.. yes."

..


"then.. then why did she lie?"

"I don't know. But I think she doesn't like it.."

"Like what?"

".....me hanging out with boys.." I mumbled loud enough for him to hear. His expression became even more gloomy as he sighed heavily.
